抗機能不全(非機能性)P2X7キメラ抗原受容体の調製および発現
抗機能不全P2X7 CAR構築物
[0217]本発明の実施形態による、抗機能不全P2X7受容体キメラ抗原受容体を設計および発現するプロセスを詳細に説明する例示的なプロトコールは、以下のように詳細に説明される。

インビボにおけるCNA1003 CAR T細胞の用量反応性
[0320]前立腺異種移植片癌細胞モデルは、1×107個のCD3+ CNA1003 CAR T細胞または2×107個のCD3+ CNA1003 CAR T細胞を腫瘍注射後の3日目(d3)に投与されたマウスを除いて、上記実施例5に示されるように使用された。2回目の投与を受けたマウスにおいて、さらなる1×107個のCD3+ CNA1003 CAR T細胞は、腫瘍注射後の16日目に投与された。形質導入されていない(UT)CD3+ T細胞は、上記と同一の用量および投与レジメンで対照として使用された。
組織分析およびフローサイトメトリー

CNA1003 CAR T細胞はインビボで乳癌細胞の腫瘍増殖を阻害する
