Claims (10)
- 軌道走行可能なタンピング機械(1)によって分岐器(7)の領域で軌道(3)をつき固める方法であって、第1の作業工程で、第1の分岐線(8)を目標位置に移動し、つき固め、その後、前記タンピング機械(1)の後退走行を分岐点手前まで行い、第2の作業工程で、第2の分岐線(9)を目標位置に移動し、つき固める方法において、
前記後退走行中に、センサアッセンブリ(19)によって、前記第2の分岐線(9)の実際位置を、特に前記第1の分岐線(8)の位置に関して検出し、この検出された実際位置に基づき、前記第2の分岐線(9)の位置のための補正値(30,31,32)を計算することを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記第2の分岐線(9)の前記実際位置の検出を、分岐後端(28)を越える検出領域(33)において行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第1の分岐線(8)の位置によって規定される基準平面(37)を予め規定し、前記第2の分岐線(9)の位置のための補正値(30,31,32)を、前記基準平面(37)に関する偏差として計算する、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 前記センサアッセンブリ(19)によって、前記両分岐線(8,9)の表面輪郭を検出する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記表面輪郭をポイントクラウドとして検出し、計算ユニット(36)によって評価する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 計算された前記補正値(30,31,32)を、前記タンピング機械(1)のいわゆるマスタコンピュータ(29)に伝達する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法を実施するためのタンピング機械(1)であって、
前記タンピング機械(1)に、後退走行中に第2の分岐線(9)の実際位置を検出するように設定されたセンサ装置(19)が配置されていることを特徴とする、タンピング機械(1)。 - 前記センサ装置(19)はレーザスキャナ(20)を含む、請求項7記載のタンピング機械(1)。
- 前記センサ装置(19)は光切断センサ(21)を含む、請求項7または8記載のタンピング機械(1)。
- 計算ユニット(36)が、検出されたポイントクラウドに基づき分岐線(9)の位置のための補正値(30,31,32)を計算するように設定されている、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項記載のタンピング機械(1)。
