Claims (13)
- エアロゾル生成物品を加熱するヒータと、
前記ヒータの一端を支持するヒータフランジと、
前記ヒータフランジと結合するが、前記ヒータに接触せず、取り囲む放熱構造体と、
前記ヒータ及び前記放熱構造体を収容するハウジングと、を含むが、
前記ヒータフランジと前記放熱構造体とのうち1つには、結着部材が形成され、
前記ヒータフランジと前記放熱構造体とのうち他の1つには、前記結着部材を収容する収容部が形成されるが、
前記ヒータフランジと前記放熱構造体は、前記結着部材と前記収容部によって互いに結着される、エアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記放熱構造体と前記ヒータフランジとの間には、Oリング(O−ring)が配置されることで、前記放熱構造体と前記ヒータフランジとの間に流出される液漏れを防止する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記結着部材は、前記ヒータフランジの外周面に形成された突出部であり、
前記収容部は、前記放熱構造体の内周面に形成された溝部である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記結着部材は、前記放熱構造体の内周面に形成された突出部であり、
前記収容部は、前記ヒータフランジの外周面に形成された溝部である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記収容部は、前記ヒータフランジが前記放熱構造体に結合されるとき、前記ヒータフランジの一部が前記放熱構造体の外部に露出されるように前記放熱構造体の端部から延びる延長部に形成され、
前記結着部材は、前記ヒータフランジの外周面で前記収容部に対応する位置に形成される、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記放熱構造体の縦軸方向長さは、前記ヒータの縦軸方向長さの1ないし3倍である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記放熱構造体は、前記ヒータに面する第1壁と、前記ハウジングに面する第2壁と、を含むチューブ状であるが、
前記放熱構造体の前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間の空間は、真空である、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 前記放熱構造体は、グラパイト、セラミック、炭素ナノチューブ、及びガラス繊維のうち、少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記放熱構造体と前記ハウジングとの間に配置され、前記放熱構造体から前記ハウジングに伝達される熱を遮断する管状部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記管状部材は、アルミニウム(Al)を含むパイプである、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記管状部材と前記ハウジングとの間には、エアギャップ(air gap)が形成される、請求項9に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。
- 前記ハウジングの外部と前記放熱構造体の内部との間を流体連通させる空気流動チャネルが形成されるが、
前記空気流動チャネルは、前記ハウジングの内壁と外壁との間に空気流入口を有する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル生成装置。 - 請求項1〜12のうち、いずれか1項に記載のエアロゾル生成装置と、
前記エアロゾル生成装置に結合されるとき、前記エアロゾル生成装置のバッテリを充電するクレードルと、を含む、エアロゾル生成システム。
