Claims (15)
- ヒータアセンブリであって、
加熱ホース構築物であって、
熱可塑性導管であって、前記熱可塑性導管は、その導管を通して加熱されるべきプロセス流体が流動する0.003〜0.045インチ(0.0076〜0.1143cm)の壁厚を有する、熱可塑性導管と、
抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンであって、前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンは、前記導管の外周の周囲に巻回され、それと熱連通し、前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンによる前記導管の表面積の全体的な被覆面積は、前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンが前記導管を補強または支持するように、前記導管の表面積の少なくとも50%である、抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンと、
非伝導性編組層であって、前記非伝導性編組層は、前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンにわたって配置され、前記編組層は、前記導管から外に漏出する蒸気に対して透過性である、非伝導性編組層と
を備える、加熱ホース構築物と、
前記加熱ホース構築物のための支持部材と
を備える、ヒータアセンブリ。 - 前記熱可塑性導管は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、パーフルオロアルコキシ樹脂(PFA)、およびフッ素化エチレンプロピレン(FEP)材料のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記加熱ホース構築物に接触する接地部材をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記接地部材は、前記編組層に接触する金属箔、および前記支持部材の金属部分のうちの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項3に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記支持部材は、断面において、円形、卵形を画定するか、または、楕円形状を有する、請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記支持部材は、内部チャンバを含む、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記抵抗ワイヤの直径または前記抵抗リボンの厚さは、0.006インチ(0.015cm)〜0.102インチ(0.25cm)である、請求項1−6のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンのワット密度は、2ワット/in2(0.31ワット/cm2)〜50ワット/in2(7.75ワット/cm2)、より好ましくは、5〜20ワット/in2(0.78〜3.10ワット/cm2)、最も好ましくは、9〜17ワット/in2(1.40〜2.64ワット/cm2)である、請求項1−7のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記編組層の厚さは、0.010〜0.060インチ(0.025〜0.152cm)、より好ましくは、約0.015インチ(0.038cm)である、請求項1−8のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 筐体をさらに備え、前記筐体は、前記支持部材と、それによって支持される前記加熱ホース構築物とを封入し、前記筐体は、前記支持部材を収容するチャンバと、前記チャンバと連通するパージ流体入口と、前記チャンバ連通するパージ流体出口と、前記加熱ホース構築物と連通するプロセス流体入口と、前記加熱ホース構築物と連通するプロセス流体出口とを含む、請求項1−9のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記筐体のチャンバの中に配置され、前記筐体の内壁と前記編組層の外部表面との間に位置する絶縁層をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンの少なくとも1つの螺旋が、前記導管の周囲に巻回される、請求項1−11のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- 前記加熱ホース構築物の第1のコイルが、前記支持部材の周囲に巻回され、前記加熱ホース構築物の第2のコイルによって覆われる、請求項1−12のいずれか1項に記載のヒータアセンブリ。
- ヒータアセンブリを製造するための方法であって、
0.003〜0.045インチ(0.0076〜0.1143cm)の壁厚を有する熱可塑性導管を提供することと、
前記導管の周囲に抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンをコイル状に巻くことと、
前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンによる前記導管の外部表面積の全体的な被覆面積が、前記導管の外部表面積の少なくとも50%であるように、前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンで前記導管を補強することと、
前記抵抗ワイヤまたは抵抗リボンにわたって非伝導性編組層を位置付け、加熱ホース構築物を画定することと、
支持部材上にまたはそれに対して前記加熱ホース構築物を搭載することと
を含む、方法。 - 前記支持部をそれによって支持される前記加熱ホース構築物と共にエンクロージャ内に位置付けることと、
前記エンクロージャを通してパージ流体を伝導することと
をさらに含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
