Claims (10)
- 特に、油圧供給回路内の、脈動のような圧力変動を緩衝又は回避するための、好ましくは、サイレンサの形式の、緩衝装置であって、緩衝室(10)を包囲する緩衝ハウジング(2)を有し、前記緩衝ハウジングは、少なくとも1つの流体入口(6)と、少なくとも1つの流体出口(8)と、前記流体入口(6)と前記流体出口(8)との間に延在する流体収容室と、を有しており、装置の作動中に、前記流体入口(6)から来た流体流は、前記流体出口(8)へ向けて、前記緩衝室(10)を通過しており、前記流体収容室の壁部は、前記流体流の方向に対して横切る、少なくとも1つの延在方向において、案内部材(16)として延在する、緩衝装置において、
前記緩衝室(10)内に、流体が流れることができ、かつ、一定の領域において流速を変化させる、複数の案内部材(16)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする、緩衝装置。 - 少なくとも部分的に曲折する流体流を形成しながら、少なくともいくつかの前記案内部材(16)が、隣接する列(28)の前記案内部材(16)に対してオフセットして配置されるように、前記案内部材(16)は、互いに列(28)を成して配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記流体入口(6)から来る流れの方向に対して横切る、それぞれの列(28)における前記案内部材(16)の数は、横方向に最大に延在した前記緩衝室(10)の方向において1つずつ増加し、前記流体入口(6)における列(28)の前記案内部材(16)の数と前記流体出口(8)における列(28)の前記案内部材(16)の数とが同一になるまで、前記最大の数の列から前記流体出口(8)の方向に1つずつ減少する、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記緩衝ハウジング(2)及び/又は前記緩衝室(10)は、円筒形状又は多角形状に形成されており、かつ、前記案内部材(16)は、少なくとも部分的に、好ましくは全て、同一に形成されており、前記緩衝ハウジング(2)の互いに対向する端部壁(12、14)の間で延在している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 少なくともいくつか、好ましくは全ての前記案内部材(16)の両方の端部(22)において、前記緩衝ハウジング(2)の割り当てられた端部壁(12、14)と、それぞれ結合している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 少なくともいくつか、好ましくは全ての前記案内部材(16)は、円筒形状の中央部分(18)を有する、連続した中空体として形成されており、前記中央部分の端部側には、円錐部(20)が連結されており、各前記円錐部は、前記緩衝ハウジング(2)の前記割り当てられる端部壁(12、14)の方向に拡大されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記緩衝ハウジング(2)を通る中央の縦断面において、8角形状中空部(24)が形成されており、前記8角形状中空部の内部へ、前記案内部材(16)が隣接して挿入されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記流れの方向を横切る、前記緩衝ハウジング(2)を通る中央の横断面において、前記案内部材(16)は、これらの間に、6角形状中空部(26)を画定しており、前記6角形状中空部には、前記流体が前記流れの方向に流れる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 前記円錐部(20)に沿って前記端部壁(12、14)が結合する、隣り合う前記案内部材(16)の端部(22)は、互いにわずかな間隔を有する、又は、互いに接触している、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 少なくとも、前記案内部材(16)と一体的に形成されている前記緩衝ハウジング(2)は、3Dプリント処理によって得られる、ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9の何れか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
