Description
一方の画成壁を有するカップ形状の中央凹部及び流体入口と流体出口を収容する、底部分、及び、
カバー部分が底部分に固定された場合に、係合スリーブの一部である他方の画成壁と共に、底部分の中央凹部内へ同一平面で嵌入する、フランジ形状のカバー部分。
Claims (14)
- 流体圧供給循環内の、脈動のような圧力衝撃を緩衝又は回避するための、好ましくはサイレンサーの形態の、緩衝装置であって、緩衝室(17、19)を包囲する緩衝ハウジング(1)を有し、前記緩衝ハウジングが、少なくとも1つの流体入口(35)と、少なくとも1つの流体出口(41)と、流体入口(35)と流体出口(41)の間に延びる流体収容室(17、19)を有し、前記緩衝装置の駆動中において、流体流が貫流方向(11)に流体入口(35)から来て流体出口(41)の方向に貫流室(17、19)を通過し、かつ流体収容室(17、19)の少なくとも部分が少なくとも1つの広がり方向において貫流方向(11)に対して横方向に延びる、緩衝装置において、
貫流方向(11)に相前後して1つより多い流体収容室(17、19)が配置されており、かつ、
上流側の第1の流体収容室(17)と下流側の最後の流体収容室(19)が直接流体入口(35)もしくは流体出口(41)に隣接している、ことを特徴とする緩衝装置。 - 各流体収容室が、緩衝ハウジング(1)の内部で、ディスク形状に形成された中空室(17、19)を形成している、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝装置。
- それぞれのディスク形状の中空室(17、19)が、円筒形状又は多角形として形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の緩衝装置。
- 等しい容積又は等しい輪郭形状の中空室(17、19)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 異なる容積又は異なる輪郭形状の中空室(17、19)が設けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 中空室(17、19)が、緩衝ハウジング(1)の互いに対して平行に延びる画成壁(27、29、31、33)によって一緒に閉鎖されており、かつ、
流体入口(35)と流体出口(41)の部分が緩衝ハウジング(1)内でこれらの画成壁(27、29、31、33)に対して整合して延びている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。 - 緩衝ハウジング孔として形成されている流体入口(35)と流体出口(41)の直径が等しい大きさであり、かつ画成壁(27、29、31、33)の間の間隔に相当する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 緩衝ハウジング(1)がいくつかに分けて形成されており、
底部分(3)を有し、前記底部分が一方の画成壁(27、29)を有するカップ形状の中央凹部(21、24)及び流体入口(35)と流体出口(41)を収容し、かつ、
フランジ状に形成されたカバー部分(5、7)を有し、前記カバー部分は、カバー部分(5、7)が底部分(3)に固定された場合に、係合スリーブの一部である他の画成壁(31、33)と共に、底部分(3)の中央凹部(21、23)内へ同一平面で嵌入する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。 - カバー部分(5、7)の係合スリーブ(43)に、特に一周する溝(45)内へ挿入されるシールリング(47)の形態の、シール装置が配置されており、前記シールリングが、中央凹部(21、23)の構成要素としてのそれぞれの中空室(17、19)を周囲に対して密閉する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- カバー部分が、その垂直軸に対して直径方向に対向して、複数の挿通開口部を有し、前記挿通開口部が固定ねじ(51)を挿通されて、カバー部分(5、7)を底部分(3)に固定する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 固定ねじ(51)が、流体入口(35)と流体出口(41)の領域を残して、カバー部分(5、7)の外周に沿って均一に緩衝ハウジング(1)に配置されており、前記外周がディスク形状の流体収容室(17、19)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 2つの中空室(17、19)が貫流方向(11)に互いに連続して設けられており、前記中空室が流体通路(37)によって互いに接続されており、前記流体通路が、流体入口(35)及び流体出口(41)と整合して、底部分(3)の壁セクション(39)内に配置されており、かつ流体入口(35)及び流体出口(41)と同一の直径を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 緩衝ハウジング(1)内の流体入口(35)及び/又は流体出口(41)に、シールリングのための収容部(59)が設けられており、前記シールリングが流体入口(35)及び/又は流体出口(41)を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
- 緩衝ハウジング(1)が固定ブロックの形態で複数の固定ボルト(57)によって第3構成部品に固定され、前記複数の固定ボルトが流体入口(35)及び/又は流体出口(41)の領域を包囲する、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の緩衝装置。
