Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年11月15日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0140845号;2018年11月15日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0140846号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
防眩層の一面中の微細突起が位置する領域の比率=(微細突起の個数×5mmの直径を有する円の面積)/防眩層の一面の面積(mm2)
製造例1
ペンタエリトリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート25重量%、UA−306T(ウレタンアクリレートであって、トルエンジイソシアネートとペンタエリトリトールトリアクリレートの反応物、Kyoeisha社製品)22.4重量%、光重合開始剤としてIrgacure184 2.5重量%、エタノール24.5重量%、2−ブタノール24.5重量%、XX−113BQ(平均直径:2.0μm、屈折率:1.555、ポリスチレンとポリメチルメタクリレートの共重合粒子、Sekisui Plastic社製品)1重量%、MA−ST(直径15nmのシリカ粒子、Nissan Chemical社製品)0.1重量%を混合して防眩層形成用コーティング組成物を製造した。
ペンタエリトリトールトリ(テトラ)アクリレート25重量%、2−ヒドロキシエチルアクリレート22.4重量%、光重合開始剤としてIrgacure184 2.5重量%、メチルエチルケトン(Methyl ethyl ketone)24.5重量%、2−ブタノール24.5重量%、XX−113BQ(平均直径:2.0μm、屈折率:1.555、ポリスチレンとポリメチルメタクリレートの共重合粒子、Sekisui Plastic社製品)1重量%、MA−ST(直径15nmのシリカ粒子、Nissan Chemical社製品)0.1重量%を混合して防眩層形成用コーティング組成物を製造した。
実施例1
製造例1の防眩層形成用コーティング組成物を300nmの平均直径を有するゴム粒子が含まれているアクリルフィルム(WOLF、Sumitomo社提供、厚さ:60μm)に乾燥後の厚さが約5μmになるようにバー(Bar)コーティング方式で塗布した。

実験例1.光学積層体のヘーズ評価
前記製造された実施例および比較例の光学積層体の内部ヘーズおよび外部ヘーズを求め、全体ヘーズ値を求めた。
前記実施例および比較例のそれぞれで得られた光学積層体に対してスガ試験機株式会社(Suga Test Instrument Co., LTD.)のICM−1Tを利用して像鮮明度を測定した。像鮮明度はスリット幅0.125mm、0.5mm、1mm、2mmで測定して総和で表示する。
電子透過顕微鏡(TEM)を利用して、実施例および比較例のそれぞれの光学積層体で防眩層内部にゴム粒子が存在する領域を具体的に確認し、その結果を図1乃至図4に示した。
スチールウール(#0000)に荷重をかけて27rpmの速度で10回往復しながら実施例および比較例で得られた反射防止フィルムの表面を擦った。肉眼で観察される1mm以上のスクラッチが一つ以下観察される最大荷重を測定した。
(1)防眩層形成用コーティング組成物の製造
下記表2に記載された成分を混合して防眩層形成用コーティング組成物を製造した。
下記表2に記載された高分子基材上に前記製造された防眩層形成用コーティング液のそれぞれを#12番mayer barでコーティングした後、40℃の温度で2分間乾燥し、UV硬化して防眩層(コーティング厚さは4μm)を形成した。UV硬化時、UVランプはH bulbを利用し、窒素雰囲気下で硬化反応を進行し、硬化時に照射されたUV光量は150mJ/cm2である。
PETA:ペンタエリトリトールトリアクリレート
UA−306T:ウレタンアクリレートであって、トルエンジイソシアネートとペンタエリトリトールトリアクリレートの反応物(Kyoeisha社製品)
G8161:光硬化型アクリレートポリマー(Mw〜200,000、San nopco製品)
IRG−184:開始剤(Irgacure 184、Ciba社)
Tego−270:Tego社のレベリング剤
BYK350:BYK社のレベリング剤
IPA:イソプロピルアルコール
XX−103BQ(2.0μm1.515):ポリスチレンとポリメチルメタクリレートの共重合粒子(Sekisui Plastic社製品)
XX−113BQ(2.0μm1.555):ポリスチレンとポリメチルメタクリレートの共重合粒子(Sekisui Plastic社製品)
MA−ST(30% in MeOH):10〜15nmのナノシリカ粒子がメチルアルコールに分散された分散液(Nissan Chemical社製品)
EtOH:エタノール
n−BA:n−ブチルアセテート
2−BuOH:2−ブタノール
実験例5.防眩層表面で凝集する微粒子の比率確認
前記実施例および比較例のそれぞれで得られた光学積層体から50cm×50cm(横×縦)で切断したサンプルを照度700luxのLED照明下で黒色無光紙上に下ろした。そして、前記サンプルフィルム表面を基準として光が70度に入射されるようにフィルムを配置した後、光が反射される側から観察して周辺部よりも輝きが強い微細突起を探した。

Claims (15)
- 高分子樹脂および前記高分子樹脂に分散された10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子を含む高分子基材;および
バインダー樹脂および前記バインダー樹脂に分散されている有機微粒子または無機微粒子を含む防眩層;を含み、
前記高分子基材および前記防眩層の界面から前記防眩層の厚さの50%以内に10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子が存在する、
光学積層体。 - 前記高分子基材および前記防眩層の界面から前記防眩層の厚さの30%以内に10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子が存在する、請求項1に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記高分子樹脂は、(メタ)アクリレート樹脂、セルロース樹脂、ポリオレフィン樹脂およびポリエステル樹脂からなる群より選択された1種以上を含む、請求項1または2に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記高分子基材および前記防眩層の界面から前記防眩層の厚さの50%以内に存在する10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子と、
前記高分子基材に含まれる10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子とは、同じ成分のゴム粒子である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。 - 前記ゴム粒子は、スチレン−ブタジエン系ゴムおよびアクリル系ゴムからなる群より選択された1種以上のゴムを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記高分子基材は、10乃至150μmの厚さを有し、
前記防眩層は、1乃至10μmの厚さを有する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。 - 前記高分子基材の厚さに対する前記防眩層の厚さの比率が0.008乃至0.8である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記高分子基材は、前記バインダー樹脂100重量部に対して10乃至500nmの断面直径を有するゴム粒子5乃至50重量部を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記防眩層に含まれる有機微粒子は、1乃至50μmの断面直径を有し、
前記防眩層に含まれる無機微粒子は、1nm乃至500nmの断面直径を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。 - 40℃、湿度100%の条件で24時間測定した前記高分子基材の水分透過量が150g/m2以下である、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記防眩層で前記有機微粒子または無機微粒子が凝集して形成される直径100μm以上である微細突起が前記防眩層の外部表面に存在する比率が50個/m2以下である、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体。
- 前記有機微粒子または無機微粒子が凝集して形成される微細突起の直径が100μm乃至300μmである、請求項11に記載の光学積層体。
- 下記一般式1で定義される防眩層の一面中の微細突起が位置する領域の比率が0.5面積%以下である、請求項11または12に記載の光学積層体:

前記一般式1での「5mmの直径を有する円」は、前記微細突起が位置する領域と定義する。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の光学積層体を含む、偏光板。
