Description
Claims (14)
- 動力車と併せて使用されるバネ(具体的には、板バネ(1)、好ましくは、パラボリックスプリング)であって、中央領域(2)及び2つの隣接の縁領域(4a,4b)を伴う、鋼鉄(具体的には、バネ鋼)から作られた一体型のバネ板(12)を有し、前記縁領域(4a,4b)は、それぞれ、端領域(5a,5b)を有し、前記端領域(5a,5b)は、それぞれ、回転式目状部(11)を介して静止様式でシャーシに接続されることができ、車両上に設置されるときの前記バネの全長は、全ての荷重状態において実質的に不変であり、無荷重状態では、前記バネ板(12)は2つの屈曲区分(13,14)を有し、前記2つの屈曲区分(13,14)は、それぞれ、湾曲方向に湾曲を有し、前記2つの屈曲区分(13,14)の前記湾曲方向は反対であり、前記2つの屈曲区分(13,14)は、分岐点(15)の領域内で相互に合体することと、第1の屈曲区分(13)は垂直バネ区分であり、第1の縁領域(4a)の前記端領域(5a)から前記中央領域(2)を介して前記分岐点(15)まで伸び、第2の屈曲区分(14)は水平及び垂直バネ区分であり、前記分岐点(15)から第2の縁領域(4b)の前記端領域(5b)まで伸びることと、を特徴とする、バネ。
- 前記第1の屈曲区分(13)は前記第2の屈曲区分(14)よりも長いことと、前記第2の屈曲区分(14)は前記第1の屈曲区分(13)よりも著しく曲がることとを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバネ。
- 前記第1の縁領域(4a)は、全ての荷重状態では、前記端領域(5a)から前記中央領域(2)までの本質的に一定の有効長を有することと、前記中央領域(2)から前記分岐点(15)まで伸びる前記第1の屈曲区分(13)の区分の前記有効長は、荷重が増加するにつれて大きくなり、これにより、圧縮力は前記第2の屈曲区分(14)にかけられることとを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のバネ。
- 前記第2の縁領域(4b)の前記端領域(5b)を前記シャーシに接続するための前記回転式目状部(11)及び随意に前記第1の縁領域(4a)の前記端領域(5a)を前記シャーシに接続するための前記回転式目状部(11)は、前記シャーシに回転可能に(具体的には、モーメント荷重で、好ましくは、トルク荷重で)締められることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
- 前記回転式目状部(11)は、回転軸(17)を中心に回転可能になるように前記シャーシに締められることができ、前記バネの中性繊維及び随意に具体的には前記縁領域(4a,4b)の前記バネの中性屈曲繊維は、前記回転軸(17)から離間されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバネ。
- 軸受ブシュ(18)は前記回転式目状部(11)のそれぞれに配置され、前記軸受ブシュは、回転可能な弾性様式で作用するのが好ましいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
- 前記第2の縁領域(4b)は、前記中央領域(2)から前記分岐点(15)を介して頂点(16)まで伸び、連続的に前記頂点(16)から前記端領域(5b)に本質的に直線状に伸びることが好ましいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
- 頂点(15)から前記第2の縁領域(4b)の前記端領域(5b)まで伸びる区分及び前記中央領域(2)の方向に前記頂点(15)から伸びる区分は、相互に対して、80°よりも大きい角度(α)(好ましくは、90°よりも大きい角度、例えば、約100〜150°、好ましくは、120〜140°、具体的には、130°)で前記頂点(15)の領域内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のバネ。
- 荷重が増加するにつれて、最初の前記角度(α)は本質的に同じであり、次に、増加することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のバネ。
- 前記第1の屈曲区分(13)は、前記第2の屈曲区分(14)よりも小さい屈曲強度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
- 前記回転式目状部(11)は、それぞれ、端面(21)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
- 前記回転式目状部(11)は、各々の前記縁領域(4a,4b)から開始して偏向し、本質的に円状に伸びることと、間隔(22)は、前記縁領域(4a,4b)の表面と、前記回転式目状部(11)の前記端面(21)との間に存在することとを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバネ。
- 前記回転式目状部(11)は、前記バネの同じ側に(具体的には、設置状態における前記バネの前記縁領域(4a,4b)の上側(10)で、または設置状態における前記バネの前記縁領域の下側で)伸びることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のバネ。
- 前記中央領域(2)はクランプ領域(19)を含み、前記クランプ領域(19)は、接続デバイスによって(具体的には、前記クランプ領域(19)内の前記バネを包囲する1つ以上のU字形ボルトまたは金型部分によって)、車輪軸または車輪軸ボルトに接続されることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバネ。
