Claims (5)
- 燃料電池駆動自動車の水素タンクを少なくとも部分的に充填するための移動式水素ディスペンサにおいて、
上流及び下流端を有する第一の供給ラインであって、前記第一の供給ラインの前記上流端は、水素供給源から水素の流れを受け取るように調整及び構成される第一の供給ラインと、
前記第一の供給ライン内に配置された第一のオリフィス板と、
前記第一の供給ラインの前記下流端に配置された背圧調整装置であって、前記第一の供給ライン内の前記オリフィス板と前記背圧調整装置との間のガスの圧力を前記背圧調整装置の可変設定点圧力以下に保持するように調整及び構成されるドーム・ロード式又はスプリング・アンド・ドーム・ロード式背圧調整装置であり、前記可変設定点圧力は、前記背圧調整装置のドーム内の圧力により設定される背圧調整装置と、
上流及び下流端を有する送達ラインであって、前記上流端は、前記背圧調整装置からの水素の流れを受け取るように調整及び構成され、前記送達ラインの前記下流端は、前記受け取った水素の流れを燃料電池駆動自動車の水素タンクへと方向付けるように調整及び構成される送達ラインと、
前記送達ラインの前記下流端と流体連通し、燃料電池自動車の燃料タンクの開口と係合するように調整及び構成されたノズルと、
上流端及び下流端を有する基準圧力ラインであって、前記基準圧力ラインの前記上流端は、前記水素供給源からの水素の流れを受け取るように調整及び構成される基準圧力ラインと、
入口及び出口を有する差圧調整装置であって、前記差圧調整装置の前記入口は、前記基準圧力ラインの前記下流端と下流で流体連通する差圧調整装置と、
前記差圧調整装置と前記背圧調整装置のドームとの間で流れが連通する第一のパイロットラインであって、前記差圧調整装置は、前記基準圧力ライン内の水素の圧力と前記第一のパイロットライン内の水素の圧力との間の一定の圧力差ΔPを保持するように調整及び構成される第一のパイロットラインと、
を含む移動式水素ディスペンサ。 - 上流端及び下流端を有する第二の供給ラインと、
前記第二の供給ライン内の、その前記上流及び下流端間に配置された第二のオリフィス板であって、前記第二の供給ラインの前記上流端は、前記供給源からの関連する水素の流れを、前記第一の供給ラインのそれと同じ圧力か、又は前記第一及び第二の供給ラインのそれら間の圧力差が一定となるような圧力で受け取るように調整及び構成され、前記第二の供給ラインの前記下流端は前記第一のオリフィス板と前記背圧調整装置との間で前記第一の供給ラインと流体連通する、第二のオリフィス板と、
前記第二の供給ライン内に配置され、前記送達ライン内の圧力が第一の所定の設定点圧力未満であれば、水素の流れが前記第二の供給ラインを通れるようにし、前記送達ライン内の圧力が前記第一の所定の設定点圧力以上であれば、水素の流れが前記第二の供給ラインを通れないように調整及び構成された流れ制御弁とをさらに含み、前記基準圧力ラインは、前記供給源からの前記関連する水素の流れを、前記第二の供給ラインのそれと同じ圧力か、又は前記第二の供給及び基準圧力ラインのそれら間の圧力差が一定となるような圧力で受け取るようにさらに調整及び構成される、
請求項1に記載の移動式ディスペンサ。 - 上流端及び下流端を有する第三の供給ラインと、
第二の供給ライン内の、その前記上流及び下流端間に配置された第三のオリフィス板であって、前記第三の供給ラインの前記上流端は、前記供給源からの関連する水素の流れを、前記第一の供給ラインのそれと同じ圧力か、又は前記第一及び第三の供給ラインのそれら間の圧力差が一定となるような圧力で受け取るように調整及び構成され、前記第三の供給ラインの前記下流端は前記第一のオリフィス板と前記背圧調整装置との間で前記第一の供給ラインと流体連通する、第三のオリフィス板と、
前記第三の供給ライン内に配置され、前記送達ライン内の圧力が第二の一定の設定点圧力未満であれば水素の流れが前記第三の供給ラインを通れるようにし、前記送達ライン内の圧力が前記第二の一定の設定点圧力以上であれば、水素の流れが前記第三の供給ラインを通れないように調整及び構成された圧力制御弁とをさらに含み、前記基準圧力ラインは、前記供給源からの前記関連する水素の流れを、前記第二の供給ラインのそれと同じ圧力か、又は前記第二の供給及び基準圧力ラインのそれら間の圧力差が一定となるような圧力で受け取るようにさらに調整及び構成される、
請求項1に記載の移動式ディスペンサ。 - 燃料電池駆動自動車の水素タンクを少なくとも部分的に充填する方法において、
請求項1に記載の移動式ディスペンサを提供するステップと、
第一の供給ラインの上流端を、気体水素の供給源と下流で流体連通するように設置するステップと、
送達ラインの下流端を前記自動車タンクと上流で流体連通するように設置するステップと、
前記供給源からの水素の流れが前記移動式ディスペンサを通り、前記自動車タンクへと入ることができるようにするステップと、
前記流された流れを停止するステップと、
前記供給ラインの前記上流端を前記供給源と流体連通しないようにするステップと、
前記送達ラインの前記下流端を前記自動車タンクと流体連通しないようにするステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記流れの前記停止は、前記供給源と前記自動車タンクとの間で圧力平衡に到達すると自動的に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
