Claims (13)
- 鋳型(14)を冷却するための装置であって、
前記鋳型(14)内に形成された蒸発チャンバ(18)と、液体を前記蒸発チャンバ(18)に供給するための第1のポンプ(23)と、大気圧とは異なる圧力を前記蒸発チャンバ(18)に加えるための第2のポンプ(30、31)と、前記蒸発チャンバ(18)まで延びる入口ライン(19)とを備える、装置において、
前記入口ライン(19)内の前記液体が加圧された圧力下に置かれ、その結果、前記液体が、前記入口ライン(19)内で蒸発せず、前記第1のポンプ(23)が、前記液体を前記圧力で前記入口ライン(19)を通して運ぶように設計されていることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記入口ライン(19)が、前記蒸発チャンバに隣接するセクション(20)内で、0.5mm〜2mmの間、好ましくは0.8mm〜1.2mmの間の直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1のポンプが、前記蒸発チャンバ(18)に供給される前記液体を、前記入口ライン(19)内で前記蒸発チャンバ(18)内の前記圧力より、少なくとも5bar、好ましくは少なくとも10bar、さらに好ましくは少なくとも20bar高い圧力で運ぶように設計されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸発チャンバ(18)から延びる出口ライン(21)を特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記出口ライン(21)が、前記入口ライン(19)よりも大きな断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポンプ(30、31)が、前記出口ラインに連結されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸発チャンバ(18)からの蒸発した液体量を凝縮するための凝縮器(24)を特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記蒸発チャンバ(18)にガスを供給するためのガス連結部(27)を特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポンプが、真空ポンプ(30)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第2のポンプが、過剰圧力ポンプ(31)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 射出成形型(14)を有し、前記射出成形型(14)を冷却するための装置を有するプラスチック射出成形機であって、冷却するための前記装置が、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に従って設計されている、プラスチック射出成形機。
- 鋳型(14)を冷却するための方法であって、
前記鋳型(14)内に形成された蒸発チャンバ(18)に液体が供給されて、前記蒸発チャンバ(18)内で前記液体を蒸発させ、大気圧とは異なる圧力が、前記蒸発チャンバ(18)内に加えられる、方法において、
前記蒸発チャンバ(18)に至る入口ライン(19)内の前記液体が、加圧された圧力下に置かれ、その結果、前記液体が、前記入口ライン(19)内で蒸発しないことを特徴とする、方法。 - 射出成形型(14)が、請求項12に記載の方法によって冷却される、プラスチック射出成形型構成要素を製造するための方法。
