Claims (2)
- 組織または流体から分子を選択的に除去するためのデバイスであって、組織または流体中に自然抗体(5)とともに一連の標的分子(4)が存在し、前記デバイスは主カテーテル(1)で構成され、前記主カテーテルは、処置される前記流体(3)または組織に前記主カテーテルが到達するまで、対象となる体表面(2)に挿通することができ、主カテーテル(1)は前記標的分子(4)に対して特異抗体またはアプタマー(6)を挿入するためのものであり、前記主カテーテルは、前記標的分子(4)より大きいが、前記抗体、前記自然抗体(5)および前記特異抗体またはアプタマー(6)の両方より小さい細孔サイズを有するナノ膜(8)が位置決めされる主チャンバー(7)内で終端し、前記主チャンバー(7)がナノ膜(8’)を通して第2のカテーテル(9)と連通するという特別な特徴を有しており、前記ナノ膜(8’)は、前記標的分子(4)より大きいが、前記抗体より小さい細孔サイズを有し、前記第2のカテーテル(9)は特異抗体で処置された流体を除去し、濾過し、その結果標的分子(4)の濃度をより低くするための手段を備えることを特徴とする、組織または流体から分子を選択的に除去するためのデバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、第3の独立したカテーテル(10)を有し、前記第3の独立したカテーテル(10)は、二次チャンバー(11)内で終端し、前記主チャンバー(7)から独立しており、サイズに関係なく、前記組織または流体中のすべての前記分子によるアクセス、および前記流体への物質の投与を許容する微孔質膜(12)から形成される壁を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組織または流体から分子を選択的に除去するためのデバイス。
