比較例1は、同じ触媒が、原油供給流の重質および軽質留分の両方を分解するために使用される従来のFCCプロセスの例を提供する。原油供給流を、250℃の温度で動作する分流装置内で重質留分(高沸点留分)と軽質留分(低沸点留分)に分離した。原油供給流は、Saudi Aramcoから提供されたSaudi Arabian Extra Light Crude Oil(AXL)であった。重質留分および軽質留分の各々を、実験室規模のマイクロダウナーFCCユニット内で、異なる操作条件を使用して別個に分解した。実験室規模のマイクロダウナーFCCユニットおよびユニットの操作の一般的な説明は、Cormaら,A New Continuous Laboratory Reactor For the Study of Catalytic Cracking,Applied Catalysts A:General.232(1):247−263(June 2002)に記載されている場合があり、参照によりその全体が本開示に組み込まれる。重質留分を、600℃の分解反応温度および31:1の触媒対油(重質留分)の重量比で分解した。軽質留分を、640℃の分解反応温度および22:1の触媒対油(軽質留分)の重量比で分解した。重質留分および軽質留分の両方で、同じ触媒を分解触媒として使用した。触媒は、ZSM−5ゼオライト触媒を含む添加剤を有するYゼオライト触媒であった。触媒は、触媒の総重量に基づいて、25重量%のZSM−5ゼオライトを含んでいた。別個の分解反応後に、各反応からの触媒から、450℃のストリッピング温度で、反応生成物を別個にストリッピングした。2つの分解反応からの反応生成物流を、エチレン、プロピレン、全C4、ガソリン(C5〜216℃)、軽サイクル油(LCO、216〜343℃)、重サイクル油(HCO、>343℃)、およびコークス収率の総変換率と収率について分析した。比較例1の反応条件ならびに変換率および収率分析の結果を、後続して表2に示す。
実施例2は、原油供給流の軽質留分を分解するために代替の分解触媒を使用することの総変換率およびプロペン選択性への影響を評価する。原油供給流を、250℃の温度で動作する分流装置内で重質留分(高沸点留分)と軽質留分(低沸点留分)に分離した。原油供給流は、Saudi Aramcoから提供されたAXL原油であった。軽質留分を、4つの異なる種類の市販のFCC触媒を使用して、MATユニット内で、600℃の分解反応温度および3〜7の触媒対油(軽質留分)の重量比で分解した。市販のFCC触媒の各々は、BASF,Iselin,New Jerseyから入手され、異なる組成または構造を含んでいた。実施例2の触媒は、触媒の総重量に基づいて、25重量%のZSM−5ゼオライト触媒添加剤を有するYゼオライト触媒である触媒比較例1とは異なっていた。別個の分解反応後に、実施例2の触媒の各々から、600℃のストリッピング温度で、反応生成物をストリッピングした。触媒の各々について得られた反応生成物を、全体的な変換率およびプロペン収率について分析した。実施例2の各市販触媒種類について、平均変換率および平均プロペン収率を、データから計算した。評価された各触媒の反応温度および触媒/油重量比を、後続して表3に提供する。実施例2の触媒の各々の全体的な変換率およびプロペン収率の結果を図4に示し、表3に提供された各触媒について図4で参照番号を付した。
Claims (15)
- 炭化水素材料から石油化学生成物を生成するためのプロセスであって、
前記炭化水素材料を、低沸点留分および高沸点留分に分離することと、
前記高沸点留分の少なくとも一部を、第1の触媒の存在下で、500℃〜700℃の反応温度で分解して、第1の分解反応生成物および使用済みの第1の触媒を生成することと、
前記低沸点留分の少なくとも一部を、第2の触媒の存在下で、500℃〜700℃の反応温度で分解して、第2の分解反応生成物および使用済みの第2の触媒を生成することと、
前記第1の分解反応生成物の少なくとも一部を、前記使用済みの第1の触媒から分離することと、
前記第2の分解反応生成物の少なくとも一部を、前記使用済みの第2の触媒から分離することと、
前記使用済みの第1の触媒の少なくとも一部を再生して、再生された第1の触媒を生成することと、
前記使用済みの第2の触媒を、前記使用済みの第1の触媒から分離して維持することと、
前記使用済みの第1の触媒の再生から、前記使用済みの第2の触媒に熱を伝達することと、
前記使用済みの第2の触媒の少なくとも一部を再生して、再生された第2の触媒を生成することと、
