Claims (12)
- セルリードが一端部に形成されている片方向バッテリーセルのセルリード同士が対向しながら位置するように前記セルリードを収容するICBフレームと、
前記ICBフレームに形成されて前記セルリードと電気的に接続されるバスバーとを含み、
前記ICBフレームの長手方向で他のICBフレームとヒンジ構造で連結される、ICB組立体。 - 前記ICBフレームの側面には棒状の突出部が形成され、長手方向に並んだ2つのICBフレームは、その側面の間で、前記突出部が嵌められる溝を備えたジョイント部材によって連結される、請求項1に記載のICB組立体。
- (a)セルリードが一端部に形成されている片方向バッテリーセルのセルリード同士が対向しながら位置するように前記セルリードを収容するICBフレームと、前記ICBフレームに形成されて前記セルリードと電気的に接続されるバスバーとを含み、前記ICBフレームの長手方向で他のICBフレームとヒンジ構造で連結されるICB組立体を複数個用意する段階と、
(b)前記ICB組立体の前記ICBフレームの側面をヒンジ構造で連結して前記ICBフレームの長手方向に並べる段階と、
(c)側面が連結されたICBフレームの長手方向の左右側に前記バッテリーセルを載置し、前記バッテリーセルが対向するように平面上に並べる段階と、
(d)並べられたバッテリーセルに対して上側から前記バスバーとセルリードとを一括溶接し、前記ICB組立体と前記バッテリーセルとを連結する段階と、
(e)並べられた前記ICBフレームを前記ヒンジ構造で折り畳んで前記バッテリーセルを積層する段階と、
(f)前記ICBフレームの側面に露出しているバスバーの間に追加バスバーを結合する段階とを含むバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、同一極性のセルリード同士が接しながら並列で連結されるように積層されているバンク単位セルである、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階及び(d)段階を行った後、連結された前記ICB組立体と前記バッテリーセルを裏返して前記ICBフレームの下面を上向きにした後、再び(c)段階及び(d)段階を行うことで、前記ICBフレームの上面及び下面に前記バッテリーセルを連結する、請求項3又は4に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記(c)段階は、前記バスバー上に前記セルリードを載置し、前記バッテリーセルを平面上に並べる段階である、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- 前記(e)段階は、アコーディオン式折り畳み方式で前記バッテリーセルを積層する段階である、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールの製造方法。
- セルリードが一端部に形成されている片方向バッテリーセルのセルリード同士が対向しながら位置するようにICB組立体を介在して対向するように連結されたバッテリーセル−ICB組立体−バッテリーセルの単位が地面から高さ方向に積層されたバッテリーモジュールであって、
各ICB組立体は、前記セルリードを収容するICBフレームと、前記ICBフレームに形成されて前記セルリードと電気的に接続されるバスバーとを含み、積層されたICB組立体の間はジョイント部材で連結され、積層されたICB組立体の側面には前記バッテリーセルの上下直列連結のための追加バスバーが結合されている、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、同一極性のセルリード同士が接しながら並列で連結されるように積層されているバンク単位セルである、請求項8に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 対向する2つのバッテリーセル同士は、前記ICB組立体に形成されたバスバーを通じて平面上に直列で連結されている、請求項8又は9に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ICB組立体の上面及び下面にバッテリーセルが連結されることで、1つのICB組立体に4つのバッテリーセルが連結され、上下に位置する2つのバッテリーセル同士は、前記ICB組立体に形成されたバスバーを通じて上下直列で連結されている、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記ジョイント部材は、ヒンジ構造である、請求項8から11のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
