Claims (11)
- 複数の電池セルが、並んで互いに隣接して積層された電池セル積層体、
前記電池セル積層体を収納して前記電池セル積層体の長さ方向に開放された少なくとも一つの開口を有するモノフレームであって、前記電池セル積層体の積層面に垂直である上部プレートおよび下部プレートと前記電池セル積層体の積層面に対して平行である一対の側面プレートとを含むモノフレーム、
前記電池セル積層体と前記モノフレームとの間に位置する外側膨張制御パッド、および
前記電池セル積層体と前記下部プレートとの間に位置する放熱樹脂材、
を含み、
前記外側膨張制御パッドは、前記電池セル積層体の一面を覆い、前記電池セル積層体と前記一対の側面プレートとの間に位置する2個の本体部と、前記2個の本体部を連結し、かつ前記電池セル積層体と前記下部プレートとの間で前記電池セル積層体の辺に沿って形成された2個のブリッジ部とを含む、電池モジュール。 - 前記放熱樹脂材は、前記2個の本体部及び前記2個のブリッジ部によって形成された空間内に位置する、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記下部プレートは、前記放熱樹脂材を注入するための複数の注入孔を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記放熱樹脂材は、サーマルレジン(thermal resin)である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の電池セルの間に位置する複数の内側膨張制御パッドをさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記外側膨張制御パッドおよび前記複数の内側膨張制御パッドは、ポリウレタンまたはEDPM(Ethlene PropyleneDiene Monomer)を含む、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 複数の電池セルが、並んで互いに隣接して積層された電池セル積層体を製造する段階;
前記電池セル積層体の最外側に位置する前記電池セルを覆う2個の本体部と前記2個の本体部を連結し、かつ前記電池セル積層体の辺に沿って形成された2個のブリッジ部とを含む外側膨張制御パッドを形成する段階;
前記外側膨張制御パッドが形成された前記電池セル積層体をモノフレームに収容する段階;および
前記モノフレームと前記電池セル積層体との間で前記2個の本体部及び前記2個のブリッジ部によって形成された空間内に放熱樹脂材を注入する段階を含む、電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記放熱樹脂材が注入される時、前記2個の本体部及び前記2個のブリッジ部は放熱樹脂材が外側に流れ落ちることを防止するダムの役割をする、請求項7に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記モノフレームは、前記電池セル積層体の長さ方向に開放された少なくとも一つの開口を有し、前記電池セル積層体の積層面に垂直である上部プレートおよび下部プレートと前記電池セル積層体の積層面に対して平行である一対の側面プレートとを含み、
前記放熱樹脂材は、前記モノフレームの下部プレートと前記電池セル積層体との間に注入される、請求項7又は8に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。 - 前記放熱樹脂材の注入は、前記下部プレートが重力方向で上部に向かうように電池モジュールを配置した状態で行われる、請求項9に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
- 前記下部プレートは、前記放熱樹脂材を注入するための複数の注入孔を備える、請求項9又は10に記載の電池モジュールの製造方法。
