Abstract
Description
本出願は、2017年12月27日付の韓国特許出願第10−2017−0181535号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
A1)
a1)スチレン系単位の含有量が30〜50wt%であり、
a2)ジブロック含有量が55重量%以上であり、
a3)ASTM D1238基準により測定された溶融流れ指数が30g/10min以上である、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体;
A2)
a21)スチレン系単位の含有量が30〜50wt%であり、
a22)ジブロック含有量(Diblock Content)が5重量%未満である、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体;
B)粘着付与剤;および
C)可塑性オイルを含み;
ASTM D36基準により測定された軟化点が85℃以上である、ホットメルト接着剤組成物を提供する。
基材;および
前記基材の少なくとも一面に形成され、上述したホットメルト接着剤組成物によって形成される、接着層を含む、接着部材を提供する。

ASTM D36基準により測定された軟化点が85℃以上である。

前記基材の少なくとも一面に形成され、前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物によって形成される、接着層を含む、接着部材が提供される。

a21)スチレン系単位の含有量が30〜50重量%であり、
a22)ジブロック含有量(Diblock Content)が5重量%未満、好ましくは約1重量%未満であってもよいし、線状ブロック共重合体であり得る。
基材;および
前記基材の少なくとも一面に形成され、上述したホットメルト接着剤組成物によって形成される、接着層を含む、接着部材が提供される。
調製例1
高圧反応器にシクロヘキサン5000gを投入し、スチレン400gを添加した後、約400rpmで撹拌しながら反応器の温度を約60℃まで昇温させた。
スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体である、Globalprene3545(LCY Chemical Corp.)を用意した。
スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体である、Taipol4270(TSRC Corp.)を用意した。
調製例4
スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体である、Vector4411(TSRC Corp.)を用意した。
スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体である、Vector4113(TSRC Corp.)を用意した。
lLのガラスビーカーに、可塑性オイルとしてwhite mineral oilのKaydol(Sonneborn)、粘着付与剤として水添ジシクロペンタジエン系重合石油樹脂のEscorez5600(ExxonMobil)、酸化防止剤としてIrganox1010、安定剤としてIrgafos168、紫外線吸収剤としてTinuvin P(以上、BASF)を入れて、150℃のコンベクションオーブンにて約30分間加熱した。次に、ガラスビーカーを150℃のheating Mantleに固定させ、100rpmで撹拌して、ビーカーの内部温度が150℃に到達した後、150rpmに速度を高めて追加撹拌した。
前記実施例および比較例のホットメルト接着剤組成物を180℃で5分程度加熱して溶融を確認し、これを180℃のapplicator上にあるPET基材上に塗布した後、bladeを用いて接着層の厚さが50μmとなるようにコーティングし、同一のPET基材を蓋フィルムとして、同時に接合させて接着部材を製造した。
粘度(viscosity)の測定
前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物約10gを、サンプルチャンバ(sample chamber)に入れて、ブルックフィールド粘度計(DV2+ Model、Spindle Number27)を用いて、140℃および160℃で粘度を30分間測定した。
Automatic Softening Point Analyzer RB 365G Modelを用いて、リング(ring)に前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物を十分に入れて、1時間放置した後、ボール(直径:9.525mm、重量:3.5g)を載せた。試料を5℃/minの速度で昇温させながら加熱し、ボールが1インチ傾いた時の温度を測定した。(関連規格:ASTM D36)。
上記で製造された接着部材を、Texture Analyzer(TA)を用いて、T−peel方式で、接着力を測定した。接着部材サンプルは1インチの幅および100mmの長さに裁断し、常温で0.3m/minの速度条件で測定した。(関連規格:ASTM D1876)。
前記ホットメルト接着剤組成物を溶融させた後、ASTM D638のtype IV規格により試験片を作製し、引張強度を測定した。(関連規格:ASTM D638)。
Claims (12)
- A1)
a1)スチレン系単位の含有量が30〜50重量%であり、
a2)ジブロック含有量が55重量%以上であり、
a3)ASTM D1238基準により測定された溶融流れ指数が30g/10min以上である、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体;
A2)
a21)スチレン系単位の含有量が30〜50重量%であり、
a22)ジブロック含有量(Diblock Content)が5重量%未満である、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体;
B)粘着付与剤;および
C)可塑性オイルを含み;
ASTM D36基準により測定された軟化点が85℃以上である、ホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - 140℃で溶融粘度が6500cPs以下であり、160℃で粘度変化率が15%以下である、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 前記スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体は、ASTM D1238基準により測定された溶融流れ指数が30〜50g/10minである、請求項1または2に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- ASTM D638基準による試験片の製造時、引張強度値が1N/mm2以上である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 前記スチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体は、前記スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体100重量部に対して、1〜30重量部で含まれる、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 前記粘着付与剤は、
少なくとも一部が水素化されたロジンエステル系化合物および少なくとも一部が水素化されたジシクロペンタジエン系重合石油樹脂のうちのいずれか1つ以上を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。 - 前記粘着付与剤は、前記スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体およびスチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体100重量部に対して、200〜400重量部で含まれる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 前記可塑性オイルは、石油系鉱物油を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 前記可塑性オイルは、前記スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレントリブロック共重合体およびスチレン−イソプレン−スチレントリブロック共重合体100重量部に対して、50〜150重量部で含まれる、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- 基材;および
前記基材の少なくとも一面に形成され、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のホットメルト接着剤組成物によって形成される、接着層を含む、接着部材。 - 前記接着層の厚さは、10〜100μmである、請求項10に記載の接着部材。
- ASTM D1876基準による、T−剥離強度値が3.9N/cm以上である、請求項10または11に記載の接着部材。
