Claims (10)
- 下部にポートが形成される複数のチャンバを備える第1ボディーと、
前記第1ボディーの下部に結合される第2ボディーと、
前記第1ボディー及び前記第2ボディーの中心部に回転可能に配置され、下部にポートが形成されるピストンと、
前記第2ボディーの上部に形成され、一端が前記ピストンのポートと重なり、他端が前記第1ボディーのポートと重なるように形成される複数の流路とを含むことを特徴とする核酸抽出用カートリッジ。 - 前記ピストンのポートは、一定の角度だけ離れて形成される少なくとも2つのポートを含み、前記ポートのうちの少なくとも1つにはフィルター装着部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。
- 前記2つのポートは、
同一円周上で22.5°の間隔で離れて形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。 - 前記第1ボディーと前記第2ボディーとの間に配置され、前記流路を覆うように形成されるパッドをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。
- 前記パッドは、
前記流路の端部と重なる複数の孔を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。 - 前記第2ボディーの上面には、前記パッドが結合される載置部が形成され、
前記パッドは、ゴム材質からなり、前記載置部に噛み合って固定されるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。 - 前記第1ボディー又は前記第2ボディーに装着され、一端が前記複数の流路のうち少なくとも1つと重なる内部流路を備える核酸増幅モジュールをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。
- 前記内部流路は、
両端がそれぞれ第1流路及び第2流路と連結され、
前記第1流路が前記ピストンのポートと重なるとき、前記第2流路はピストンの真空除去溝と重なるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。 - 前記真空除去溝と前記ピストンのポートは、互いに異なる円周上に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。
- 前記第1ボディーのポートは同一円周上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジ。
