Claims (8)
- カートリッジに配置されたサンプル及び試薬を順次吸入し、混合して核酸を抽出する核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストンであって、
前記カートリッジは、
底部に形成されたポートを有する複数のチャンバを含む第1ボディーと、
前記第1ボディーの下部に結合される第2ボディーと、
前記第2ボディーの上面に配置され、貫通する複数個の孔を有するパッドであって、中心部の同一円周上に配置される複数の孔、及び外郭部の同一円周上に配置される複数の孔が前記パッドを通じて形成されるパッドと、
前記第2ボディーの中心部から前記外郭部に延びるように前記第2ボディーの上部に形成される複数の流路であって、前記複数の流路の一端は、前記中心部の同一円周上の孔と重なり、前記複数の流路の他端は、前記外郭部の同一円周上の孔及び前記複数のチャンバのポートと重なる複数の流路と、を含み、
前記ピストンは、
中空を備える円筒状の上部ボディーと、
前記上部ボディーの一端に結合され、一定の角度だけ離れて配置される2つのポートを備える下部ボディーと、
前記上部ボディーの他端に結合されて前記他端を密封し、前記中空に沿って上下に移動する制御棒モジュールと、
前記下部ボディーのシャフトに結合されて前記下部ボディーに駆動力を伝達する回転調節モジュールと、を含み、
前記下部ボディーは、
円板状の胴体と、
前記胴体の中心から外部に突出するように形成されるシャフトと、
前記中心から同じ距離だけ離れて配置される液体ポート及びフィルターポートと、を含み、
前記上部ボディーの一端には、前記下部ボディーの胴体と噛み合う結合構造が形成され、前記結合構造には、前記液体ポートと連結される第1孔、及び前記フィルターポートと連結される第2孔が備えられ、前記ピストンが回転するとき、前記下部ボディーの2つのポートはそれぞれ、前記パッドの中心部の同一円周上に配置される複数の孔のいずれか1つと重畳することを特徴とする核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記フィルターポートは、
様々な粒度を有するガラス繊維フィルターと、
フィルターを固定させる支持構造体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記支持構造体は、
液体の排出時に前記フィルターの離脱を防止し、一定の圧力を維持できるように、一定の粒度を有する多孔性プラスチック材質で形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記第1孔及び前記第2孔は、
支持構造体及び前記フィルターの離脱を防止できるように、前記フィルターポートよりも小さい直径を有するように形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記胴体の外周には、中心方向に凹んだ溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。
- 前記回転調節モジュールは、
一面の中央部に前記シャフトと噛み合うように形成される結合溝と、
他面に核酸抽出装置の駆動軸と噛み合うように形成される駆動溝と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記制御棒モジュールは、
核酸抽出装置の制御棒と結合される結合部と、
前記結合部の外周を取り囲み、前記上部ボディーの内壁に密着して移動する密着部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。 - 前記2つのポートは、18°~36°だけ互いに離れて配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の核酸抽出用カートリッジのピストン。
