Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- − 衝撃面を有するドリルビット本体であって、長手方向の回転軸を有するドリルビット本体と、
− 前記衝撃面に加圧流体を供給するための内部導管と、
− 前記衝撃面にあり、前記内部導管と流体連通している少なくとも1つの排出ポートと、
− 各排出ポートに隣り合う摩耗シールドであって、回転方向に関して定められる、各排出ポートのトレーリング側にのみ配置される摩耗シールドと、を備えるドリルビット。 - 前記排出ポート又は各排出ポートは、前記衝撃面において概して細長いフラッシュ溝に隣り合う貫通孔を含み、前記フラッシュ溝は前記貫通孔から半径方向に離れて延びる請求項1に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記摩耗シールドは、ハードフェーシング要素で満たされる前記衝撃面における凹部を備える請求項1又は2に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記凹部は細長く、各排出ポートと並んで半径方向に延びる請求項3に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記凹部は、少なくとも前記排出ポートのフラッシュ溝に隣り合う請求項4に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記摩耗シールドは、さらに、前記ハードフェーシング要素でも満たされる前記衝撃面における第2の前記凹部を備え、前記第2の凹部は、第1の前記凹部から延びて第1の前記凹部に接続されている請求項3、4、又は5に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記第2の凹部は、前記第1の凹部から実質的に周方向に離れるように延びる請求項6に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記第1の凹部は第1端部及び第2端部を有し、前記第1端部は前記排出ポートの前記貫通孔に近接し、前記第2の凹部は前記第1の凹部の前記第1端部から離れるように延びる請求項7に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記衝撃面において対応する形状の凹部に各々が据え付けられる複数の耐摩耗性スタッドをさらに含む請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のドリルビット。
- 前記耐摩耗性スタッドのうちの一部が、前記摩耗シールド又は各摩耗シールドに近接してグループで配置されている請求項9に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記摩耗シールドは少なくとも部分的に2つ以上の前記耐摩耗性スタッドの間に延びる請求項10に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記耐摩耗性スタッドは多結晶ダイヤモンド(PCD)を含む請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載のドリルビット。
- 前記ドリルビット本体のサイドを保護するためのゲージプロテクターをさらに含む請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のドリルビット。
- 前記ゲージプロテクターはまたハードフェーシング要素を含む請求項13に記載のドリルビット。
