Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 冷却空間を囲む内壁を備える冷凍保管庫、並びに一次冷却器及び一次冷媒を収容する一次冷媒導管冷を含む一次冷却装置を有し、
上記一次冷媒導管は、上記一次冷却器における一次凝縮部分と一次蒸発部分とを有し、
上記一次蒸発部分の一部は、上記内壁の少なくとも一部に熱伝導的に接続されて、上記内壁から上記一次冷却器に熱を運ぶ冷凍庫において、
さらに補助サーモサイフォンと熱ブリッジとを備え、
(a)上記補助サーモサイフォンは、上記冷凍保管庫の内壁に熱伝導的に接続した補助蒸発部分を有する補助冷媒導管を含み、
上記補助サーモサイフォンは、上記一次冷媒から分離した補助冷媒を収容し、
上記補助冷媒導管は、上記補助蒸発部分の上方に位置する補助凝縮部分に向かって上方に延伸し、
(b)上記熱ブリッジは、上記補助凝縮部分と熱的かつ物理的に接触すると共に、上記一次蒸発部分の一部と物理的に接触して、上記補助サーモサイフォンから上記一次冷媒導管に、この熱ブリッジを介して熱を運ぶ
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項1に記載の冷凍庫において、上記熱ブリッジは、さらに中央熱伝導体と少なくとも1つのストラップとを備え、
(a)上記中央熱伝導体は、少なくとも1つの受熱溝を有し、
それぞれの上記受熱溝は、上記補助冷媒導管の補助凝縮部分の断面外側形状の少なくとも一部と合致する断面形状を有し、また、この中央熱伝導体は、少なくとも1つの排熱溝を有し、それぞれの上記排熱溝は、上記一次冷媒導管の一次蒸発部分の断面外側形状の少なくとも一部と合致する断面形状を有しており、
(b)上記中央熱伝導体と上記冷媒導管とは、上記受熱溝に沿って横たわっている上記補助凝縮部分の少なくとも一部と、上記排熱溝に沿って横たわっている上記一次蒸発部分の少なくとも一部とにおいて組み合わせられ、
(c)少なくとも1つの上記ストラップは、上記組み合わせられた冷媒導管と上記中央熱伝導体とを張力を掛けて取り巻いて固定する
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助サーモサイフォンの導管は、上記補助凝縮部分を形成する閉じた両端部を有しており、
上記中央熱伝導体は、2番目の上記受熱溝を有し、上記閉じた両端部は、上記受熱溝内に組み付けられ、
上記中央熱伝導体は、2番目の上記排熱溝を有し、それぞれの上記排熱溝は、上記一次冷媒導管の上記一次蒸発部分の一部を収容し、
組み合わせられた上記冷媒導管は、複数の上記ストラップによって一緒に取り巻かれて固定される
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助サーモサイフォンの補助蒸発部分は、上記冷凍保管庫の最上部内壁に熱伝導的に接続してある
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助サーモサイフォンの補助蒸発部分は、上記冷凍保管庫の底部内壁に熱伝導的に接続してある
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助サーモサイフォンの補助蒸発部分は、上記冷凍保管庫のドアの内壁に熱伝導的に接続してある
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助サーモサイフォンの上記補助蒸発部分は、熱伝導性の取付ブラケットによって、熱伝導的な接続で内壁に取り付けられ、この取付ブラケットは、上記補助蒸発部分と上記内壁とに取り付けられ、
上記取付ブラケットは、高さが空間的に変化し、上記補助蒸発部分が水平面に対して傾斜して、最も低い位置から上記熱ブリッジに向かって徐々に上昇するように、この補助蒸発部分を支持する構成で上記内壁上に配置され分布される
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 請求項2に記載の冷凍庫において、上記補助冷媒導管は、上記補助冷媒の気液平衡温度が冷凍庫の選択された作動温度になる圧力に、この補助冷媒が充填される
ことを特徴とする冷凍庫。 - 比較的温かい物体から比較的冷たい物体に熱を運ぶ熱ブリッジにおいて、排熱管と受熱管と中央熱伝導体とストラップとを備え、
(a)1つ以上の上記排熱管は、比較的温かい物体と熱的に接続し、
1つ以上の上記受熱管は、比較的冷たい物体に熱的に接続し、
(b)上記中央熱伝導体は、外側に開口する1つ以上の受熱溝を有し、それぞれの上記受熱溝は、それぞれの上記排熱管の断面外側形状に合致する断面形状を有し、
上記中央熱伝導体は、1つ以上の排熱溝を有し、それぞれの上記排熱溝は、それぞれの上記受熱管の断面外側形状に合致する断面形状を有し、
上記中央熱伝導体および上記排熱管と上記受熱管とは、上記受熱溝に沿って横たわるそれぞれの上記排熱管と、上記排熱溝に沿って横たわるそれぞれの上記受熱管とにおいて組み合わせられ、
(c)少なくとも1つの上記ストラップは、上記組み合わせられた上記排熱管および上記受熱管と上記中央熱伝導体とを、張力を掛けて取り巻いて固定する
ことを特徴とする熱ブリッジ。 - 請求項9に記載の冷凍庫において、上記中央熱伝導体は、複数の上記受熱溝および上記排熱溝、並びに複数の上記排熱管および上記受熱管を有しており、
上記受熱溝と上記排熱溝とは、上記熱ブリッジの周囲を交互に囲む
ことを特徴とする熱ブリッジ。
