Claims (10)
- 車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステムであって、
少なくとも1つの反射キャビティ(10)を有する反射鏡(1)と、
少なくとも1つの回路基板(2)と、
少なくとも1つのラジエーター(3)とを含み、
前記回路基板(2)に少なくとも1つのLED光源(4)が設けられ、前記LED光源(4)と前記反射キャビティ(10)は一対一で対応し、前記LED光源(4)が発した光線は前記反射キャビティ(10)により反射された後に射出され、
前記ラジエーター(3)は前記回路基板(2)と一対一で対応し、
前記反射鏡(1)に位置決めピン(11)と取付穴(12)が設けられ、
前記回路基板(2)に、前記位置決めピン(11)に接続する第1位置決め穴(21)と前記取付穴(12)に連通する第1接続穴(22)が設けられ、
前記ラジエーター(3)に、前記位置決めピン(11)に接続する第2位置決め穴(31)と前記第1接続穴(22)に連通する第2接続穴(32)が設けられ、
前記取付穴(12)、前記第1接続穴(22)および前記第2接続穴(32)はコネクタ(5)により固定接続されることを特徴とする車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。 - 前記回路基板(2)において、前記LED光源(4)の周囲に複数の放熱穴(20)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記放熱穴(20)の壁面に金属メッキ層が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記放熱穴(20)に金属材料が充填されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記ラジエーター(3)の材質はアルミ合金プレス部品であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記アルミ合金プレス部品は、表面が黒化処理されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記回路基板(2)の材質はエポキシ樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記反射鏡(1)は、材質がプラスチックであり、かつワンステップで射出成形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 前記コネクタ(5)はネジであり、前記取付穴(12)、前記第1接続穴(22)および前記第2接続穴(32)に雌ネジがそれぞれ設けられ、前記雌ネジは前記ネジの雄ネジと接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステム。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記車両ライト反射式LEDモジュールシステムを含むことを特徴とする車両ライトアセンブリ。
