Claims (13)
- 保持装置(10)内の物体(14)に接続されたロッド(12)をスナップフィットすることによる保持装置(10)であって、前記保持装置(10)は、前記物体(14)への前記保持装置(10)の取り付け基部(16)と、前記取り付け基部(16)に対して直立し、それらの間を少なくとも部分的に、前記取り付け基部(16)で画定する2つの壁要素(20、22)と、長手方向(X)に延在する前記ロッド(12)の受容キャビティ(24)とを備え、前記壁要素(20、22)のうちの少なくとも1つは長手方向開口部(26)を有する保持壁要素であり、前記取り付け基部(16)の反対側に、前記キャビティ(24)内の前記ロッド(12)の保持タブ(28)を画定し、前記キャビティ(24)内の前記ロッド(12)の保持縁部(28A)を形成する縁部(26A)を有し、前記保持タブ(28)は他方の前記壁要素(20、22)に向かう屈曲を有する、保持装置(10)。
- 前記保持タブ(28)が前記取り付け基部(16)に垂直な平面内で最大幅(Lmax)を有し、前記取り付け基部(16)に平行な平面内で最大厚さ(Emax)を有し、前記最大幅(Lmax)は前記最大厚さ(Emax)よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記長手方向開口部(26)は、前記保持タブ(28)と前記取り付け基部(16)との間に延在する、請求項1または2に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記保持タブ(28)が自由長手方向端部(28F)を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記屈曲の振幅は、前記保持タブ(28)に沿って変化する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記取り付け基部(16)に平行な平面における前記保持タブ(28)の前記屈曲の最大振幅(Amax)が、2つの前記壁要素(20、22)間の最大距離(D24max)の10%以上、好ましくは15%以上、かつ、80%以下、好ましくは65%以下である、請求項5に記載の保持装置。
- 前記保持タブ(28)が、前記保持縁部(28A)と反対側の縁部(28E)上に前記ロッド(12)の挿入傾斜部(28C)を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記挿入傾斜部(28C)は、前記長手方向(X)に平行である、請求項7に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記挿入傾斜部(28C)は、前記長手方向(X)と交差する面内にあることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記取り付け基部(16)から最も離れた前記保持壁要素の1つの点は、前記取り付け基部(16)から最も離れた前記保持タブ(28)の点を含む前記取り付け基部(16)に平行な平面内に最大で延在する、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 2つの前記壁要素(20、22)間の通過距離が、前記2つの壁要素(20、22)間の最大距離(D24max)の20%以上、好ましくは30%以上、かつ、80%以下、好ましくは70%以下、より好ましくは60%以下の最小値(D24min)を有し、前記距離が、前記長手方向(X)に垂直な平面内に規定される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記長手方向(X)に垂直な平面内に規定された2つの前記壁要素(20、22)間の通過距離が、前記保持装置(10)が保持するように構成された前記ロッド(12)の直径の25%から55%の間で構成される最小値を有する、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
- 前記保持装置(10)が前記受容キャビティ(24)内に保持するように構成された前記ロッド(12)の抽出力に対する、前記保持装置(10)が前記受容キャビティ(24)内に保持するように構成された前記ロッド(12)の挿入力の比が、1以下、かつ、0.05以上、好ましくは0.1以上、より好ましくは0.2以上である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の保持装置(10)。
