Claims (14)
- マスタブレーキシリンダ(5)と、液圧ユニット(9,9A,9B)と、複数のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)とを有する車両のための液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)であって、前記液圧ユニット(9,9A,9B)は前記ホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)でブレーキ圧変調をするための少なくとも1つのブレーキ回路(BC1,BC2)を含む、そのような液圧ブレーキシステムにおいて、少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に双安定電磁弁(BM)が付属し、該双安定電磁弁は付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)の直前で対応する液体通路にすり合わされ、無通電の開放位置にあるとき付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)のブレーキ圧変調をリリースし、無通電の閉止位置にあるとき現在のブレーキ圧を付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に閉じ込め、接続可能な蓄積器(12)を含む容積補償装置(10,10A)が、前記双安定電磁弁(BM)と付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)との間で対応する液体通路に連通することを特徴とする液圧ブレーキシステム。
- 前記容積補償装置(10,10A)は、開放位置にあるとき前記蓄積器(12)を対応するホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)と接続するとともに閉止位置にあるとき前記蓄積器(12)を対応するホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)から切り離す少なくとも1つの蓄積器弁(14)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記蓄積器弁(14)は走行動作のとき前記蓄積器(12)を対応するホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)から切り離すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記蓄積器弁(14)は、閉じ込められたブレーキ圧を付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)で一定に保持するために、前記蓄積器(12)を対応するホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)と接続することを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記蓄積器弁(14)は双安定電磁弁として製作されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記蓄積器弁(14)は常時開の電磁弁として製作されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)。
- 共通の容積補償装置(10,10A)が少なくとも2つのホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)について設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A)。
- 共通の前記容積補償装置(10,10A)の前記蓄積器(12)は第1の蓄積器弁(14)および分岐部を介して少なくとも2つのホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)の液体通路と接続されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1)。
- 共通の前記容積補償装置(10,10A)は各々の付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)について蓄積器弁(14)を含み、これを介して共通の前記容積補償装置(10,10A)の前記蓄積器(12)を付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)の液体通路と接続可能であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1A)。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の液圧ブレーキシステム(1,1A,1B)のための作動方法において、圧力保持機能のとき少なくとも1つのホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に付属する前記双安定電磁弁(10)が無通電の閉止位置へと切り換えられて現在のブレーキ圧が付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に閉じ込められ、前記容積補償装置(10,10A)の接続可能な前記蓄積器(12)が走行動作のとき付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)から切り離され、圧力保持機能中には付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)と接続されて、付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に閉じ込められているブレーキ圧を一定に保持することを特徴とする作動方法。
- 周囲温度および/またはブレーキ温度が見積もられ、または測定されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の作動方法。
- 周囲温度および/またはブレーキ温度に依存して付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)に閉じ込められているブレーキ圧の温度偏差が見積もられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の作動方法。
- 見積もられた温度偏差がブレーキ圧の低下を予想させるとき、付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)でさらに高いブレーキ圧が閉じ込められることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の作動方法。
- 見積もられた温度偏差がブレーキ圧の上昇を予想させるとき、付属のホイールブレーキ(RR,FL,FR,RL)で最低ブレーキ圧が閉じ込められることを特徴とする、請求項12または13に記載の作動方法。
