Description
(a)共有結合しているアミン基を有するポリマービーズ、及び
(b)酸化スズ(II)
を含む陰イオン交換組成物である。
(a)共有結合しているアミン基を有するポリマービーズ、及び
(b)酸化スズ(II)
を含む陰イオン交換組成物と、溶解しているクロム(VI)を含有する水とを接触させることを含む、水の処理方法である。
DI=脱イオン
ND=不検出−クロムの検出限界は0.05μg/gであった
Sty/DVB=スチレン、ジビニルベンゼン、及びエチルビニルベンゼンのコポリマー
polycond=重縮合物
Sn(II)ストック溶液:
1000mLのDI水あたり35gの塩化スズ(II)
Sn(IV)ストック溶液:1000mLのDI水あたり45gの塩化スズ(IV)
樹脂上へのスズの担持は、以下通りに行った。樹脂を遠心分離してバルク水を除去し、「湿った」樹脂を得た。1Lの樹脂を2Lのストック溶液と混合した。混合物を4時間撹拌し、次いでデカンテーションした。少量の樹脂のサンプルを分析のために取り出した。残りの樹脂を1.0NのNaOH水溶液1.5Lと混合した。混合物を約14時間撹拌し、次いでデカンテーションした。樹脂をDI水で十分に洗浄した。
様々な実験において、ある量の樹脂(下記参照)を、1000mLの供給溶液が入っている1000mLのエルレンマイヤーフラスコの中に入れた。混合物を連続的に撹拌し、水のクロム含有量を3日後及び8日後に試験した。クロムはICPを使用して調べ、水1グラムあたりのクロムのマイクログラムの単位(μg/g)で報告した。検出限界は0.05μg/gであった。結果は、以下の通りであった:
以下の通りに樹脂にスズを担持させた。各サンプルで1Lの樹脂を1Lのストック溶液と混合した以外は、上の実施例1の通りに樹脂に担持させた。上述した方法で平衡含水率とスズ含有率を測定した。結果は以下の通りであった。
上の実施例2と同様に、樹脂をクロム(VI)の取り込みについて試験した。樹脂を遠心分離し、デカンテーションして遊離水を除去した。次いで、0.50gの樹脂を1000mLの供給溶液と混合した。その後、水のクロム含有量を上の通りに試験し、水のグラムあたりのクロムのマイクログラムとして報告した。供給液Cを用いた試験の結果は以下の通りであった:
Claims (4)
- (a)共有結合しているアミン基を有するポリマービーズ、及び
(b)酸化スズ(II)
を含有する陰イオン交換組成物。 - 前記ポリマービーズがスチレン系モノマーの重合した単位を含むポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマービーズが、1種以上の一官能性ビニルモノマーの重合した単位と、1種以上の多官能性ビニルモノマーの重合した単位とを含むポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 元素スズの量が前記組成物の総重量を基準として0.5重量%〜20重量%になるような量で前記酸化スズ(II)が存在する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
