Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 眼科手術用の患者インタフェース装置であって、
外側、内側、先端側及び基端側を有する環状部材であって、
前記内側が、レーザビームが反射も屈折もなしに眼球の治療領域に達するのを可能にする開口部を画定し、
前記基端側が、
前記眼球の表面に貼り付くような形状の接触面と、
前記眼球の前記表面と吸引チャンバを画定する溝と、
を有する、環状部材と、
前記吸引チャンバと流体連通することができる排気導管であって、前記吸引チャンバから離れるように流体を誘導して前記接触面を前記眼球の前記表面に貼り付けるように構成されている排気導管と、
を備える患者インタフェース装置。 - 前記外側円形側面から外向きに配置された変形可能シールをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記排気導管が、吸引装置に取り付けられるように構成された導管カプラを備える、請求項1に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記排気導管が、レーザ装置に取り付けられるように構成された導管カプラを備える、請求項1に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記排気導管が、前記環状部材に固定されている、請求項1に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記環状部材の前記先端側から外向きに配置された円錐体をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記円錐体が、レーザシステムに取り付けられるように構成された円錐体カプラを有する、請求項6に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記円錐体が前記排気導管を備える、請求項6に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 前記環状部材の前記先端側が、前記円錐体を前記環状部材に取外し可能に結合するように前記円錐体を受け入れるような形状である、請求項6に記載の患者インタフェース装置。
- 眼科手術用のシステムであって、
眼球の変形していない治療領域を測定するように構成された測定装置であって、前記眼球が、前記治療領域を変形しないままにする患者インタフェースに結合される、測定装置と、
レーザシステムであって、
前記治療領域の測定値に従って前記治療領域において切開パターンを位置合わせし、
前記患者インタフェースを通して前記治療領域の方にレーザビームを向け、
前記治療領域において前記切開パターンを作成するように前記レーザビームの焦点を制御する
ように構成されたレーザシステムと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記レーザシステムが、
前記治療領域の前記測定値から前記治療領域の非変形特徴部を特定し、
前記非変形特徴部に対して前記切開パターンを位置合わせする
ことにより、前記切開パターンを位置合わせするようにさらに構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記測定装置が、前記眼球の移動を追跡するようにさらに構成され、
前記レーザシステムが、前記眼球の前記移動に従って残りの切開パターンの作成を調整するようにさらに構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記非変形特徴部が角膜表面特徴部を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記非変形特徴部が角膜厚さ特徴部を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
