Abstract
Description
− 全アミノ酸からの窒素:全窒素の25%〜50%

− アスパラギン酸:6〜8
− トレオニン:0.5〜3
− セリンおよびグルタミン酸:115〜130
− プロリン:3〜4
− グリシン:4〜5
− アラニン:2.5〜3.5
− バリン:2.5〜3.5
− メチオニンおよびシステイン:0.5〜3
− イソロイシン:1.5〜2.5
− チロシン:2〜3.5
− ロイシン:3〜4.5
− フェニルアラニン:1〜2
− リジン:0.5〜2.5
− ヒスチジン:0.5〜2
− アルギニン:0.2〜1
1)活性物質、充填剤、および任意に発泡剤、洗剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、ペレット化添加剤、増白剤、ポリマー、界面活性剤、流動剤、安定剤、消泡剤、染料または他に潤滑剤から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤を提供するステップ、
2)前ステップで提供された化合物に発酵糖蜜を包含させて、混合物を得るステップ、
3)前記圧縮固体組成物を得るために、前記混合物を圧縮するステップ。
摩損度試験:この試験は、ドラム中で25回転/分で2分間回転させた後の圧縮固体組成物の質量の損失を測定することからなる。この試験は、SOTAXによって供給されるFT2機械を用いて実施される。摩損度は、以下の式に従って決定される:
F(%)=[(m1−m2)/(m1)]×100
式中、m1は回転前の組成物の質量に相当し、m2は回転後の組成物の質量に相当する。
この実施例のために、圧縮固体組成物は、第1の層、中間層および第3の層から構成される多層錠剤の形態である。
得られた特性を比較し、結合剤および/または崩壊剤として発酵糖蜜を含む圧縮固体組成物の利点を実証するために、第2の多層錠剤を調製した。
この実施例の目的は、本発明による発酵糖蜜の良好な結合特性を実証することである。
− カーボンブラック:ENSACO(登録商標)(Imerys);粒径分布:Dv10=3.15μm;Dv50=11.8μm;Dv90=33.7μm。
− 結合剤溶液1:固形分60%の発酵サトウキビ糖蜜。
− 結合剤溶液2:90%発酵ビート糖蜜および10%発酵サトウキビ糖蜜を含有し、60%の固形分を有する混合物。
− 結合剤溶液3(対照):Bretax C(リグノスルホネート、Burgo)。Bretax Cは、既知の市販の結合剤である。
カーボンブラックは、その内部で撹拌部材が回転するように設定されているパイロット剪断ミキサーの(5l)容器内に配置される。
− 直線速度:14.1m/s、
− 噴霧速度:5g/min、
− パルス圧力:0.1bar。
各試験について、得られたカーボンブラックの顆粒を、各結合剤溶液の効果を分析するために、レーザー粒径分析によって分析した。
− Mastersizer 3000(Malvern)
− Aero S付属品。
操作パラメーター:
− 乾燥経路、
− 圧力:0.5bar、
− ブランク測定時刻:30秒、
− 測定時間:60秒。
発酵糖蜜は、本実施例では、発酵サトウキビ糖蜜の粉末を造粒するために使用される。使用した製品を、以下に要約する:
− 固形分97%の発酵サトウキビ糖蜜粉末。
− 発酵糖蜜1:固形分60%の発酵サトウキビ糖蜜。
− 発酵糖蜜2:発酵ビートおよびサトウキビ糖蜜の混合物。混合物は、約90%の発酵ビート糖蜜および約10%の発酵サトウキビ糖蜜を含有する。発酵糖蜜は、60%の固形分を有する。次いで、この発酵糖蜜は、0.2%の量(乾燥/乾燥)でそれに添加されたカルボキシメチルセルロースを有する。
レーザー粒径測定に使用する装置:上述の通り、Mastersizer 3000(Malvern)。
発酵サトウキビ糖蜜粉末を、レーザー粒径分析によって分析したところ、以下の特徴を有する:
− Dv10=18.1μm、
− Dv50=77.5μm、
− Dv90=234μm、
− 分布幅(距離)=2.788。
試験1:
この試験のために、造粒は、以下の条件に従って、湿式造粒機(モデルVG−25、GLATT)で実施される:
得られた顆粒を、発酵サトウキビ糖蜜粉末と同じ条件下で分析したところ、以下の特徴を有する:
− Dv10=62.4μm、
− Dv50=166μm、
− Dv90=629μm、
− 分布幅(距離)=3.442。
この試験のために、造粒機は試験1のものと同じであり、操作条件は同じであり、例外はミキサー設定であり、それを600rpmに設定する。
得られた顆粒を、発酵サトウキビ糖蜜粉末と同じ条件下で分析したところ、以下の特徴を有する:
− Dv10=55.4μm、
− Dv50=127μm、
− Dv90=305μm、
− 分布幅(距離)=1.965。
試験1および2で得られた顆粒の濡れ性を、以下のプロトコルに従って発酵サトウキビ糖蜜粉末の濡れ性と比較する:
− 20℃の蒸留水100mlを400mlのビーカーに入れる。
− 試料10gを取り出し、タイマーの始動と同時に水の表面上に置く。
− 試料が完全に濡れたときにタイマーを停止する。
発酵糖蜜の崩壊効果を強調するために、先の試験1および2で得られた顆粒について崩壊試験を実施する。試験は、以下のプロトコルに従って実施される:
− 試験する試料10gを採り、180〜125μmのふるい分け画分を回収するためにふるい分ける。
− 180〜125μmのふるい分けした画分を含むふるいを採り、2lのビーカーの上に置く。
− 20℃で400mlの蒸留水を加え、ふるいが表面に浸るようにする。
− 約300rpmで撹拌する。
Claims (17)
- 結合剤および/または崩壊剤として発酵糖蜜を含むことを特徴とする、非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 発酵糖蜜が、ビート糖蜜、サトウキビ糖蜜またはビート糖蜜とサトウキビ糖蜜との混合物の発酵によって得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 前記発酵糖蜜の固形分が50%〜80%であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 前記発酵糖蜜が、乾燥抽出物の総重量に対して5重量%未満、および好ましくは1重量%未満の糖を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 前記発酵糖蜜は、カルボキシメチルセルロースが添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- カルボキシメチルセルロースの量(乾燥/乾燥)が、0.1%〜2%、優先的には0.1%〜1%、より好ましくは尚0.1%〜0.5%であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 前記発酵糖蜜の粘度が500〜5000mPa.sであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 活性物質、充填剤、および任意に発泡剤、洗剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、ペレット化添加剤、増白剤、ポリマー、界面活性剤、流動剤、安定剤、消泡剤、染料、および潤滑剤から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 単層または多層錠剤、ケーク、圧縮錠剤、顆粒、ペレットまたは薬用キャンディーの形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- ポリエチレングリコールおよび/または微結晶セルロースおよび/またはポリビニルピロリドンおよび/またはデンプンおよび/またはヒドロキシエチルセルロースおよび/またはゼラチンを含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物の、食器洗浄機内での洗浄のための使用。
- 非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物の製造のための結合剤および/または崩壊剤としての、発酵糖蜜の使用。
- 前記発酵糖蜜が、非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物中に、組成物の総重量に対して0.1重量%〜15重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 少なくとも発酵糖蜜を結合剤として含むことを特徴とする、結合および/または崩壊組成物。
- 非経口使用のための圧縮固体組成物の製造方法であって、以下のステップ:
− 活性物質、充填剤、および任意に発泡剤、洗剤、金属イオン封鎖剤、ペレット化添加剤、増白剤、ポリマー、界面活性剤、流動剤、安定剤、消泡剤、染料または潤滑剤から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤を提供するステップ、
− 混合物を得るために、前のステップで提供された前記化合物に発酵糖蜜を包含させるステップ、
− 前記圧縮固体組成物を得るために、前記混合物を圧縮するステップ
を含む方法。 - 前記包含のステップが噴霧によって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記圧縮するステップが、輪転機上で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項15または16に記載の方法。
