Claims (13)
- 内視鏡用スネア装置であって、
弓形状の復原力を伴い近位端で共に固定され、互いから径方向に張り出す関係で前記近位端からスネア延長(L)で遠位端へ延びた、湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対のスネアワイヤと、
前記スネア延長(L)未満のメッシュ延長(A)だけ、前記スネアワイヤの中間部及び遠位部に装着されたメッシュと
を備える、内視鏡用スネア装置。 - 前記メッシュ延長(A)は、前記スネア延長(L)の1/4〜3/4の範囲である、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の前記スネアワイヤは、スネアワイヤ面を画定し、前記内視鏡用スネア装置は、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延び、湾曲して弾性的に変形する支持ワイヤを含む、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する前記支持ワイヤは電気絶縁される、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する前記支持ワイヤは、撚り合わされて電気絶縁コーティングされる、請求項4に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記スネアワイヤのうちの一方の中間部から、撚り合わされた前記支持ワイヤを通して、前記スネアワイヤのうちの他方まで延びた、開口部コードを含み、前記開口部コードは前記メッシュの開口縁端部に装着される、請求項5に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記メッシュは前記支持ワイヤの上に延びる、請求項5に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記メッシュは前記支持ワイヤに装着される、請求項5に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の前記スネアワイヤのそれぞれに横並びで位置付けられ、弓形状の復原力を伴い固定された、湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の切開ワイヤを含み、前記切開ワイヤは各々遠位端及び近位端を有し、前記切開ワイヤの前記遠位端は、前記スネアワイヤの前記遠位端に共に装着され、前記切開ワイヤの前記近位端は、前記スネアワイヤの前記近位端に共に装着される、請求項1に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記切開ワイヤの中間部は、それぞれの前記スネアワイヤに装着される、請求項9に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤは、前記スネアワイヤ面に対して実質的に垂直である支持ワイヤ面内で、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延びる、請求項3に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 湾曲して弾性的に変形する1対の前記スネアワイヤは、スネアワイヤ面を画定し、前記内視鏡用スネア装置は、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延び、湾曲して弾性的に変形する支持ワイヤを含む、請求項9に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
- 前記支持ワイヤは、前記スネアワイヤ面に対して実質的に垂直である支持ワイヤ面内で、前記スネアワイヤ面から出て延びる、請求項12に記載の内視鏡用スネア装置。
