- 基板と、
基板に設けられている複数の第一の電極と、
を含み、
複数の前記第一の電極は、同じ方向に沿って並行延在し、隣り合う二つの前記第一の電極の間に間隔を有し、
前記第一の電極の延在方向において、前記第一の電極の幅が連続的に或いは断続的に変化し、前記第一の電極は、その延在方向に沿う二つの縁部はいずれも波状線であるとともに、前記波状線の波頂及び波底の部分がいずれも曲線であり、且つ前記波頂における曲線の曲率半径と前記波底における曲線の曲率半径とが異なることを特徴とする表示パネル。 - 前記波頂における曲線の曲率半径を第一の半径R1とすると、前記波底における曲線の曲率半径Rは、
0.2R1≦R≦5R1
という条件を満たすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 隣り合う二つの前記波底における曲線の曲率半径は異なることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記波底における曲線は、少なくとも第一の曲線及び第二の曲線を含み、前記波状線に前記第一の曲線及び前記第二の曲線を交替的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- PMOLED表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第一の電極に積層する第二の電極をさらに含み、前記第二の電極の延在方向は、前記第一の電極の延在方向に直交することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第一の電極はアノードであり、前記第二の電極はカソードであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記カソードの形状及び前記アノードの形状は同じであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示パネル。
- AMOLED表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記基板はTFTアレイ基板であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第一の電極は、前記TFTアレイ基板上に設置されている導電配線を含み、
前記導電配線は、走査線、データ線及び電力線の少なくとも一つから選択されるものであることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記基板上に設けられているアノード層をさらに含み、
前記アノード層は、アレイ状に配置された互いに独立した複数のアノードを含み、
前記アノードの形状は円形、楕円形又はダンベル状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の表示パネル。 - 前記第一の電極には複数の突出部が形成され、
前記複数の突出部が、前記第一の電極の縁部に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。 - 光透過率が90%以上の材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第一の電極の材料は、酸化インジウムスズ、酸化インジウム亜鉛、銀をドープした酸化インジウムスズ、銀をドープした酸化インジウム亜鉛の少なくとも一つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示パネル。
- 前記第二の電極の材料は、酸化インジウムスズ、酸化インジウム亜鉛、銀をドープした酸化インジウムスズ、銀をドープした酸化インジウム亜の少なくとも一つから選択されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の表示パネル。
- 画面を表示する第一の表示領域と、
前記第一の表示領域に設けられる請求項1に記載の第一の表示パネルと、
を含むことを特徴とするディスプレイ。 - 前記第一の表示領域と隣接した第二の表示領域と、
前記第二の表示領域に設けられている第二の表示パネルと、
をさらに含み、
前記第一の表示パネルはPMOLED表示パネル又はAMOLED表示パネルであり、前記第二の表示パネルはAMOLED表示パネルであることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のディスプレイ。 - 部品領域を備える機器本体と、
前記機器本体を覆うように配置されている請求項17に記載のディスプレイと、
を含み、
前記部品領域は前記第一の表示領域の下方に位置し、前記部品領域には、前記第一の表示領域を透過した光線を受光する受光部品が設けられていることを特徴とする表示端末。 - 前記部品領域はノッチ領域であり、前記受光部品はカメラ又は光線センサであることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の表示端末。
