Claims (21)
- 光軸を有するイメージングアセンブリと、
前記イメージングアセンブリが取り付けられるハウジングアセンブリであって、前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記イメージングアセンブリの動作中に水平面上で不動状態にされるように構成されており、前記ハウジングアセンブリが前記水平面上で不動状態にされているときに前記光軸は前記水平面から45度〜85度の角度に向けられる、ハウジングアセンブリと、
前記ハウジングアセンブリに接続されるビューアアセンブリであって、前記ビューアアセンブリは、使用者の頭部と組み合って前記光軸に対する前記使用者の頭部の位置及び向きを安定させるように成形されている接触面を備え、前記ビューアアセンブリは、前記使用者が前記使用者の眼の一方を前記光軸に合わせるのを可能にするように、前記光軸に対する前記使用者の頭部の異なる位置及び/又は向きに対応する、ビューアアセンブリと
を備える眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記接触面は、前記使用者の眼を取り囲む周縁部に途切れなく沿って前記使用者の頭部と組み合うように構成されており、
前記周縁部は、途切れなく、前記使用者の左眼の下から延びて、前記使用者の左眼と前記使用者の左耳との間の前記使用者の左眼の周囲で延び、前記使用者の両眼の上で延び、前記使用者の右眼と前記使用者の右耳との間の前記使用者の右眼の周囲で延び、前記使用者の右眼の下まで延びる、
請求項1に記載の眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記接触面は、前記光軸に対する前記使用者の頭部の前記異なる位置及び/又は向きに対応するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記イメージングアセンブリが前記光軸に合わせられている前記使用者の眼の前記一方をイメージングするのに用いる開口を備え、前記ビューアアセンブリは、前記接触面と前記開口との間で延びて前記接触面に途切れなく沿って遮光する遮光側面を備える、請求項1に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ビューアアセンブリは、前記接触面の形状が前記使用者の頭部に順応して、前記光軸に対する前記使用者の頭部の前記異なる位置及び/又は向きに対応するように変形可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ビューアアセンブリは、ベース要素と、前記ベース要素に取り付けられる変形可能要素と、前記変形可能要素を被覆する生体適合層とを備え、
前記生体適合層は前記接触面を含む、
請求項5に記載の眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記ビューアアセンブリは前記光軸に対する複数の異なる使用者の頭部の各々の異なる位置及び/又は向きに対応することにより、それぞれの使用者がそれぞれの使用者の眼の一方を前記光軸に合わせることを可能にし、
前記複数の異なる使用者はそれぞれの使用者の前記眼の複数の異なる離間距離を備える、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記接触面は前記使用者の前額部と組み合うように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記接触面は前記使用者の頬の各々と組み合うように構成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記イメージングアセンブリは焦点を有し、
前記ハウジングアセンブリが前記水平面上で不動状態にされるときに前記焦点は前記水平面よりも上の180mm〜350mmの高さに配置される、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記焦点が前記水平面よりも上に配置される前記高さを変更するように調節可能である、請求項10に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記焦点が前記水平面よりも上に配置される前記高さを変更するように調節することができる一対の脚部を備える、請求項11に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記焦点が前記水平面よりも上に配置される前記高さと、前記水平面に対する前記光軸の前記向きとを同時に変更するように調節可能であり、
各高さは前記水平面に対する前記光軸の固有の対応する角度をともなう、
請求項10に記載の眼科イメージング装置。 - 前記ビューアアセンブリによって対応される前記使用者の頭部の前記異なる位置及び/又は向きにより、前記光軸と直交する任意の軸に沿って20mmだけ前記使用者の眼を再位置決めすることを可能にする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記使用者によって保持されて、前記ビューアアセンブリが前記使用者の頭部と組み合っている状態を保つように構成されている一対のハンドルを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ビューアアセンブリを前記ハウジングアセンブリに接続する位置変更機構であって、前記位置変更機構は、前記ハウジングアセンブリに対して前記ビューアアセンブリを位置変更することを可能にして、前記使用者の眼の各々を前記光軸に個別に合わせることを可能にするように構成されている、位置変更機構をさらに備える請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ビューアアセンブリは前記位置変更機構を介して前記ハウジングアセンブリにスライド可能に接続される、請求項16に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ビューアアセンブリは前記光軸と交差する2つの異なる方向に前記位置変更機構を介して前記ハウジングアセンブリに対してスライド可能である、請求項17に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記位置変更機構は、前記光軸に平行に前記焦点に対して前記ビューアアセンブリを位置変更するように動作可能である、請求項16に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記光軸が前記水平面に対して向けられる前記角度を変更するように調節可能である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
- 前記ハウジングアセンブリは、前記光軸が前記水平面に対して向けられる前記角度を変更するように調節することができる一対の脚部を備える、請求項20に記載の眼科イメージング装置。
