Abstract
Description
RSH + 1/4 O2 → 1/2RSSR + 1/2 H2O
2R′SH + 2RSH + O2 → 2R′SSR + 2H2O
二つのディーゼル水素化処理パイロットプラント試験を行った。それぞれの試験において、活性化される触媒は、酸化物形態における、Ni−Mo水素化分解触媒であった。触媒を活性化する方式は、商業的に利用可能なDMDS、又は本発明の統合方法により得られた回収されたDSOのどちらかとそれを接触させることであった。
本実施例は、商業的に使用可能なDMDS硫化と、本発明を使用して得られたDSOとを比較する。DSOを、上述するように、プロパンおよびブタンMEROX単位由来のDSOを組み合わせて得た。
実施例1および2の活性化触媒を、アラビア軽質油および重質クルードの混合物(25:75)由来である、SRガスオイルを使用して、試験した。原料の特性は下記表である。

Claims (15)
- (i)炭化水素原料をアルカリ抽出溶液に抽出容器中で接触させて、硫化物、二硫化物、およびメルカプタンを取り除く工程;
(ii)メルカプタンをアルカリと前記抽出溶液中で反応させて、チオレートを形成する工程;
(iiia)前記チオレートを触媒の存在下、酸素と接触させて、硫化物および二硫化物の混合物を形成する工程、または
(iiib)前記チオレートを触媒の存在下、酸と接触させて、メルカプタンおよび硫化物の混合物を形成する工程のどちらか;
(iv)前記アルカリ溶液から工程(iiia)または工程(iiib)で生成されたすべての硫黄含有生成物を取り除き、混合物を形成する工程;
(v)前記混合物からすべての非硫黄化合物を取り除く工程;および
(vi)前記硫黄含有化合物を水素化触媒と接触させることにより水素化触媒を活性化させる工程:
を含む、炭化水素原料から硫黄含有炭化水素を取り除き、及び水素化触媒を活性させるための統合方法。 - 工程(i)および工程(ii)を15℃〜80℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)および工程(ii)を40℃〜60℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 工程(i)および工程(ii)を10bar〜50barの圧力で実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiia)を20℃〜300℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiia)を20℃〜80℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiib)を20℃〜100℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiib)を20℃〜80℃の温度で実行することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 工程(iv)において、水溶性硫黄含有化合物を水洗により取り除くことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iv)において、すべての硫黄含有化合物を吸着により取り除くことを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記硫黄含有化合物を、活性炭、アルミナ、シリカアルミナ、砂、ゼオライト、または再生使用済み触媒に吸着させる工程を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記炭化水素原料が、天然ガス、燃料ガス、液化石油ガス、ペンタン混合物、軽質直留ナフサ、軽質熱分解ナフサ、フル直留ナフサ、フルFCC分解ナフサ、重質FCC分解ナフサ、重質SRナフサ、航空タービン燃料、ケロシン、又は350℃以下の沸点を有する留出燃料である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出容器が、複数の液体−液体接触デッキを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiib)を1bar〜30barの圧力で実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(iiib)を15分〜60分間実行することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
