Claims (12)
- 溶剤に溶かす固形成分として、少なくとも空洞を有する粒子状の中空部材と、繊維部材と、バインダー樹脂とを含有する塗料組成物であって、
前記バインダー樹脂100質量%に対して、前記中空部材が5〜15質量%の範囲で含有され、前記繊維部材が0.15〜3.0質量%の範囲で含有される
塗料組成物。 - 前記溶剤の含有量を、塗料組成物の総質量に対して、37〜50質量%の範囲とした
請求項1に記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記繊維部材として、ナイロン繊維を用いた
請求項1又は2に記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記繊維部材の長さを、1〜7mmの範囲とした
請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記繊維部材の太さを、9〜15μmの範囲とした
請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記中空部材として、樹脂バルーン及び無機ビーズより選択される少なくとも1つを含む
請求項1乃至5の何れかに記載の塗料組成物。 - 前記中空部材として、シラスバルーンを用いた

塗布した前記塗料組成物を硬化させる工程とを有し、
一度の塗布作業で重ね塗りすることなく塗膜を仕上げる
塗膜の形成方法。 - 形成される塗膜の厚さを120〜300μmとした
