Claims (5)
- ワークピースに配送される複数のレーザビーム出力を生成するためのマルチビーム出力レーザシステムであって、
複数の出力ファイバであって、
1つの中央出力ファイバ、
前記中央出力ファイバを中心に同一円上に配置された複数の周囲出力ファイバ、及び、
前記複数の出力ファイバそれぞれに結合された、レーザビームをそれぞれ出力する複数の異なるファイバレーザモジュール、
を備える複数の出力ファイバと、
各レーザの前記出力の特性ならびに各レーザビームが前記ワークピースに提供される順序およびタイミングを制御するように構成されたソフトウェアと、
前記複数の出力ファイバの各々が融合され、別個の離間したファイバレーザ出力を出力するように構成された、バルク光学系と、
を備え、
前記中央出力ファイバは、前記複数の周囲出力ファイバのコア径より小さいコア径を有する、マルチビーム出力レーザシステム。 - 前記複数の出力ファイバおよび前記バルク光学系を取り囲む処理ケーブルをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の周囲出力ファイバは、3つ以上のファイバを含み、かつ、互いに接触した、または、互いに離間した出力ファイバ端部をそれぞれ有し、前記周囲出力ファイバそれぞれの前記出力ファイバ端部が、前記中央出力ファイバの出力ファイバ端部と接触している、または、離間している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記バルク光学系の下流に光学部品をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の出力ファイバそれぞれは、単一モードまたはマルチモードである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
