Abstract
Description
本発明の感圧接着テープの一実施形態としての両面感圧接着テープ1を、図1を参照して説明する。
アルキル(メタ)アクリレートは、少なくとも、炭素数4〜12のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含み、好ましくは、炭素数4〜12のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、および、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを含む。
樹脂フィルムとして、例えば、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンなどのフッ素系フィルム、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレンなどのポリオレフィンフィルム、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレートなどのポリエステルフィルムなどが挙げられる。
図1に示すように、両面感圧接着テープ1は、不織布基材2と、第1感圧接着剤層3と、第2感圧接着剤層4と、第1剥離ライナー5と、第2剥離ライナー6とを備えるが、本発明の感圧接着テープは、不織布基材2および第1感圧接着剤層3を備えれば、特に限定されない。
<<準備例1>>
不織布A(材料:パルプ/レーヨン/ビニロンバインダー、商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製)100質量部に対して、黒色顔料(カーボンブラック)1質量部を加えて、不織布を染色した。これによって、不織布基材を得た。不織布基材の通気度、不織布基材の目付量および不織布基材の厚みを表1に示す。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布B(材料:パルプ、商品名:No.4134、大福製紙社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布C(材料:パルプ、商品名:NTO−16P−ブラック、大福製紙社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布D(材料:パルプ/レーヨン/ビニロンバインダー、商品名:化繊紙 黒 30.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布E(材料:パルプ、フジコー社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布Fに変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布G(材料:ポリエステル、商品名:PET紙30g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布H(材料:パルプ、商品名:F−18 加工紙、日本製紙パピリア社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布I(材料:パルプ、商品名:MM原紙、三木特種製紙社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
不織布A(商品名:化繊紙 黒 14.0g/m2、日本製紙パピリア社製))を、不織布J(材料:パルプ、商品名:NTO−16P−ブラック、大福製紙社製)に変更したこと以外は、準備例1と同様にして、不織布基材を得た。
反応容器に、蒸留水60質量部と、乳化剤(ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸ナトリウム、商品名:ラテムルE−118B、花王社製)0.1質量部とを加えた。反応容器は、容器本体と、攪拌機と、温度計と、還流冷却器と、滴下装置と、窒素導入管とを備える。
水分散型アクリル系感圧接着剤組成物が黒色顔料を含有すること、および、準備例1の不織布基材を準備例5の不織布基材に変更したこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、両面感圧接着テープを得た。なお、黒色顔料は、(メタ)アクリル系ポリマーエマルジョンに添加した。黒色顔料の添加割合は、(メタ)アクリル系モノマー100質量部に対して、10質量部であった。
(視認性)
各実施例および各比較例の両面感圧接着テープを、10cm×10cmのサイズにカットした。その後、第1剥離ライナーを第1感圧接着剤層から剥離した。次いで、第1感圧接着剤層を、白色ポリスチレンフィルムに貼り付けた。白色ポリスチレンフィルムは、L*:88.85、a*:0.45、b*:−5.76の色味を有していた。

各実施例および各比較例の両面感圧接着テープの密着性(耐反発性)を、特開2015−218283号公報に記載の耐反撥性試験(フォーム耐反撥試験)により評価した。

Claims (3)
- 不織布基材と、
前記不織布基材の厚み方向の一方側に配置される感圧接着剤層と、を備え、
前記不織布基材は、着色剤を含み、
前記不織布基材の目付量は、10g/m2以上30g/m2以下であり、
前記不織布基材の厚みは、20μm以上50μm以下であり、
前記感圧接着剤層は、着色剤を含まないことを特徴とする、感圧接着テープ。 - 前記感圧接着剤層は、水分散型感圧接着剤組成物を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の感圧接着テープ。
- ワイヤーハーネスの固定に用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の感圧接着テープ。
