Description

The present invention is a vibration sorting means for removing at least one of a large foreign substance or a small foreign substance from a food raw material, and a wind force sorting means for removing at least one of a heavy foreign substance or a light foreign substance from the food raw material supplied by the vibration sorting means. With respect to a food sorting device.

In the scope of claims, the specification, etc., the food raw material means a food in which a foreign substance is mixed. Foreign substances include foreign substances other than food and those in which the shape of the food should be impaired, for example, crushed food.

Conventionally, in order to remove foreign substances from various materials, vibration sorting means and wind sorting means have been used. Disclosed is an apparatus in which a recycled material previously removed is subjected to a vibrating sieve, a wind sorting mechanism is provided at the end of the sieve, and fine contaminants are sorted by wind to obtain a high-quality recycled aggregate product.

The device of Patent Document 1 is a device for removing foreign substances from concrete waste materials and the like, and can remove foreign substances when the difference in size and weight between the required recycled aggregate and the unnecessary foreign substances is large. However, in food raw materials such as dried tea leaves, dried vegetables, dried small fish, dried wakame, nuts, cereals, edible seeds, spices, dried herbs, super foods, etc., between food and foreign matter. Since the difference in size and weight is smaller than that of waste concrete, there is a problem that it cannot be sorted by the apparatus of Patent Document 1.

Furthermore, when various food raw materials are sorted using one sorting device, if even a small amount of the sorted food raw materials remains, it becomes a problem that the residue is mixed with the next food raw material. The device of Patent Document 1 is a device for removing foreign substances from concrete waste materials and the like, and the above-mentioned contamination of residues does not pose a problem, and the problem of foreign matter contamination has not been solved yet.

Hereinafter, examples of embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the following examples.

The food sorting apparatus 1 of the present invention includes a vibration sorting means 3 for removing at least one of a large foreign substance 91 or a small foreign substance 93 from the food raw material 9, and a heavy foreign substance 95 or a light foreign substance from the food raw material 9 supplied from the vibration sorting means 3. A wind sorting means 7 excluding at least one of 97 is provided (see FIG. 1).

First, the vibration sorting means will be described.

The vibration sorting means 3 includes one or a plurality of sorting plates 31a and 31b having a plurality of through holes 311 having a size through which a part of the food material 9 (food 99, small foreign matter 93, etc.) can pass through.
A supply trough 37 that supplies the food raw material 9 to the wind power sorting means 7 provided below the sorting plate 31b at the bottom of the sorting plates 31a and 31b.
The vibration means 33 that vibrates the sorting plates 31a and 31b so that the food material 9 moves on the sorting plates 31a and 31b.
It is provided with an elastic body 35 that absorbs vibrations to the floor surface on which the food sorting device 1 generated by the vibrating means 33 is installed (FIGS. 5 to 8).

The number of sorting plates may be one, but as an example, a plurality of sorting plates (31a, 31b) may be used, and all the sorting plates 31 are arranged substantially horizontally. The plurality of sorting plates 31 may be provided in a plurality of stages at regular intervals (FIG. 6).

The through holes 311 of the sorting plates 31a and 31b are diagonal holes, and the opening 313a on the upper surface of the sorting plates 31a and 31b in the through hole 311 moves the food raw material 9 from the opening 313b on the lower surface of the sorting plates 31a and 31b. It opens in direction 319. Dried food raw materials often contain foreign substances (long foreign substances) with long shapes such as hair and lint. When these long foreign substances are left on the upper part of the sorting plate 31a and the other food material 9 is passed through the through hole 31 and dropped to the lower part of the sorting plate 31a, the through hole 311 is made into an oblique hole as described above. As a result, the effect of removing long foreign substances is significantly improved as compared with the case of vertical. As an example, the angle of the acute angle 325 between the hole shaft 323 of the through hole 311 and the lower surfaces of the sorting plates 31a and 31b is 30 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less (FIG. 9).

As an example, the penetration item 311 is provided on substantially the entire surface of the sorting plates 31a and 31b except for the fixing portion 321 to the main body frame 53 of the vibration sorting means. The shape of the through hole 311 in a plan view is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a substantially circular shape and a substantially elliptical shape. The diameter 315 of the through hole 311 can be determined according to the size of the one to be sorted and the one to be excluded. The distance 317 between the adjacent through holes 311 is not particularly limited, but is about 1.3 to 3 times the diameter of the through holes 311. The arrangement of the through holes 311 is not particularly limited, but as an example, by using a staggered arrangement, many through holes 311 can be provided in a certain area, and the effect of sorting can be improved.

The vibration direction 331 of the sorting plates 31a and 31b is a linear reciprocating vibration diagonally upward in the direction 319 for moving the food raw material 9. As an example, the acute angle 333 formed by the horizontal direction and the vibration direction 331 is set to 20 degrees or more and 60 degrees or less. The vibration of the sorting plates 31a and 31b is generated by using the vibration means 33.

The vibrating means 33 is not particularly limited, but as an example, two unbalanced weight vibration motors are used. By using two unbalanced weight vibration motors, the sorting plates 31a and 31b can be moved in a linear reciprocating amplitude, and the frequency and amplitude can be adjusted arbitrarily to easily maintain a constant frequency and amplitude. Can be done. In the vibration sorting means 3 of the present invention, vibration sorting can be performed using a wide range of frequencies and amplitudes. As an example, the frequency is 30 Hz or more and 60 Hz or less, and the amplitude is 2 mm or more and 4 mm or less.

Conventionally, the vibration sorting device for food uses an electromagnetic feeder as the vibration means 33. Although the electromagnetic feeder has a large frequency, it cannot increase the amplitude and cannot obtain a large exciting force. Therefore, if the width of the sorting plate 31 is widened, the sorting plate 31 does not vibrate sufficiently, so that a large amount of food raw material is used. There is a problem that 9 cannot be selected. In addition, there is a problem that the accuracy of sorting cannot be improved because the amplitude cannot be increased. When a vibration motor is used as the vibration means 33, a large vibration force can be obtained, but the entire device rattles due to the influence of a slight external force being applied not only during operation and at the end of operation but also during operation. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to keep the vibration of the sorting plate 31 constant, and it is difficult to use it as a vibrating means 33 for sorting light food raw materials.

The configuration for solving the above problems in the vibration sorting means 3 of the present invention will be described below. A plate-shaped plate 335 is provided in the vertical direction below the center line in the longitudinal direction of the supply trough 37. The vibrating means 33 uses two unbalanced weight vibration motors, and each vibration motor is provided at both ends of the shaft portion 339 penetrating the plate-shaped body 335. The vibration generated from the two vibration motors is transmitted to the plate-shaped body 335, and the vibration of the plate-shaped body 335 is transmitted to a wide range in the longitudinal direction of the supply trough 37 (near the center line in the longitudinal direction) to cover a wide range. Vibrate. As an example, the range provided with the plate-shaped body 335 is from the lower part of the charging position of the food material 9 to the lower part of the end portion of the sorting plate 31 on the traveling direction side of the food material 9 (FIGS. 5, 6 and 8).

By providing a reinforcing rib 337 on the outer circumference of the trough 55, it is possible to prevent the trough 55 from being deformed (deflected, etc.) due to vibration. The reinforcing rib 337 may have any shape as long as it reinforces the trough 55, and as an example, several strip-shaped metal plates or the like are provided on the outer periphery of the trough 55 (FIGS. 5 to 8).

In order to prevent the vibration of the plate-shaped body 335 from changing significantly, a steady rest 343 is provided. The steady rest 343 is provided from the main body frame 53 toward the plate-shaped body 335 at a distance of about 1 mm to 50 mm from the plate-shaped body 335. The steady rest 343 is provided on both sides of the side surface of the plate-shaped body 335. The shape of the steady rest 343 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a rod shape, a strip shape, and a plate shape (FIGS. 5 and 8).

The vibration sorting means 3 of the present invention is provided with at least one of a plate-shaped body 335, a reinforcing rib 337, and a plate-shaped body 335, so that a constant strong vibration force can be obtained, and the sorting plate 31 can be obtained. It is possible to select a large number of food raw materials 9 at one time by widening the range of. Further, the exciting force can be adjusted in a wide range depending on the type of the food raw material 9 to be sorted, the size and shape of the foreign matter mixed in the food raw material 9, and the amount of the foreign matter mixed in, and as a result, vibration sorting is possible. It is possible to improve the accuracy of.

By equipping the two vibration motors so that they can rotate in either the forward or reverse rotation direction 341 around the shaft portion 339, the vibration direction generated from the vibration motors can be easily changed, and the sorting plates 31a and 31b can be easily changed. The vibration direction 331 can also be easily changed, and the vibration direction can be adjusted according to the type of food material 9 to be sorted, the size and shape of foreign matter mixed in the food material 9, and the amount of foreign matter mixed in, to improve the vibration sorting accuracy. It is possible to improve (Fig. 6).

The supply trough 37 that supplies the food raw material 9 to the wind power sorting means 7 vibrates linearly and reciprocally in the same manner as the sorting plates 31a and 31b.

Next, the wind power sorting means 7 will be described.

The wind power sorting means 7 blows air into the diffusion unit 71 that diffuses the food raw material 9 into the food 99, the heavy foreign matter 95, and the light foreign matter 97 by the upward air flow, and the air volume of the blown air. A blowing means 73 that can be arbitrarily adjusted is provided (FIGS. 1 and 10).

A heavy foreign matter chute 77 for taking out the heavy foreign matter 95 to the outside is provided in the lower portion of the diffusion portion 71, and as an example, a heavy foreign matter receiving box 771 for receiving the heavy foreign matter 95 that has passed through the heavy foreign matter chute 77 is provided. A food chute 79 for taking out food 99 from which foreign matter has been removed is provided in the middle portion of the diffusion portion 71, and a light foreign matter discharging means 81 is provided in the upper portion of the diffusion portion 71 (FIGS. 1, 2, and 10).

The intermediate portion of the blowing means 73 is provided with a straightening vane 75 having a plurality of through holes 751 so as to intersect the blowing direction of air. In order to improve the accuracy of wind power sorting for food materials such as food material 9 having a small difference in weight between the food 99 and the heavy foreign matter 95 or the light foreign matter 97, the food is blown into the diffusion portion 71 from the blow port 739 of the blow means 73. The wind speed needs to be as constant as possible. When the rectifying plate 75 is not provided, the air blown from the central portion of the blow port 739 has a higher wind speed than the air blown from the portion near the wall surface of the blow port 739, and the wind speed cannot be made uniform. Therefore, conventionally, it has been necessary to attach a guide plate for adjusting the wind speed to the inside of the blowing chamber 737 or the blowing port 739 to make the wind speed uniform. The location where the guide plate is attached, the number of guide plates, etc. need to be changed according to the change in the air flow rate from the blower, and each time the food raw material 9 changes and the air flow rate is changed, the operator manually. It was necessary to take a lot of time and effort to adjust the location where the guide plate is attached and the number of guide plates.

However, the intermediate portion of the blowing means 73 is provided with a straightening vane 75 having a plurality of through holes 751 so as to intersect the blowing direction of the air, so that the air blown from the central portion of the blowing port 739 and the blowing port 739 are provided. Since the wind speed with the air blown from the portion near the wall surface becomes almost uniform, the accuracy of wind power sorting can be improved (FIG. 10).

It is preferable that the straightening vane 75 is provided with a through hole 751 on the entire inner surface of the inner portion of the blowing means 73. The diameter of the plurality of through holes 751 is set to a size suitable for the food raw material 9 to be selected. The diameters of the through holes 751 provided in one straightening vane 75 may all be the same, or the through holes 751 having different diameters may be provided. The diameter of the through hole 751 is not particularly limited, but as an example, it is 2 mm or more and 4 mm or less. The distance between adjacent through holes 751 is not particularly limited, but as an example, it is 4 mm or more and 10 mm or less. The arrangement of the through holes 751 is not particularly limited, but as an example, a staggered arrangement is used. As an example, the through hole 751 is orthogonal to the rectifying plate 75.

The blowing means 73 is not particularly limited, and as an example, air is blown from the blower 735 to the blowing chamber 737, and the blown air passes through the straightening vane 75 and is blown out from the blowing port 739 (FIGS. 1 and 2). 10).

Preferably, inside the blowing means 73, a differential pressure adjusting means 731 for adjusting the differential pressure between the wind pressure on the air blowing side and the wind pressure on the air blowing side is provided with the straightening vane 75 sandwiched therein. As an example, a measuring hole 733a on the air blowing side and a measuring hole 733b on the air blowing air blowing side are provided in the blowing chamber 737 with a rectifying plate 75 sandwiched therein, and the pressure in each measuring hole is measured to calculate the differential pressure. At the same time, adjust the optimum air volume for wind sorting and record the differential pressure at that time. Since the amount of air blown differs depending on the type of food raw material 9 to be selected, it is easy to determine the optimum differential pressure for each food raw material 9 and adjust the amount of air blown from the blower 735 so as to have the differential pressure. The accuracy of wind sorting can be improved. By digitizing the differential pressure value, it is possible to adjust the frequency of the blower 735 using the digitized value as the sorting condition for each type of food material 9 to be sorted, and the accuracy of wind power sorting can be improved. .. In addition, by registering the sorting conditions for various food ingredients 9 in the wind power sorting control panel, automatic setting is possible simply by selecting the food ingredients 9, and it is easy without relying on skillful intuition or knowledge. You will be able to drive (Fig. 10).

As an example, the diffusion unit 71 includes an exhaust wind speed adjusting means 715 that adjusts the wind speed of the air flow that passes through the diffusion unit 71 and is exhausted. The exhaust air speed adjusting means 715 is movable, and the volume inside the diffusion portion 71 is increased or decreased by moving the exhaust air speed adjusting means 715. By increasing the internal volume of the diffusing portion 71, the wind speed of the air flow exhausted through the diffusing portion 71 becomes low, and the food 99 is prevented from being mixed with the light foreign matter 97. By reducing the internal volume of the diffusing portion 71, the wind speed of the air flow exhausted through the diffusing portion 71 becomes high, and the light foreign matter 97 is prevented from being mixed in the food 99.

The exhaust air velocity adjusting means 715 preferably makes the inside of the diffuser portion 71 visible. By visually recognizing the inside of the diffuser 71 from the exhaust air velocity adjusting means 715 and moving the exhaust air velocity adjusting means 715 while checking the sorting status between the food 99 and the light foreign matter 97, the volume inside the diffuser 71 is changed. The wind speed of the air flow exhausted through the diffuser 71 can be finely adjusted to improve the accuracy of sorting the food 99 and the light foreign matter 97 (FIGS. 1, 2, and 10).

The exhaust air velocity adjusting means 715 may use any means, and is provided with an exhaust flap 7151 as an example. The exhaust flap 7151 is provided with a rotating means 7153 at the upper end thereof. The rotating means 7153 is provided at the upper end of the opening 7155 of the diffusion portion 71. The exhaust flap 7151 is rotatable around the rotating means 7153. As the rotating means 7153, a commonly used one may be used. The exhaust flap 7151 has a size capable of closing the opening 7155. As an example, both sides of the exhaust flap are provided with side plate portions 7167 so as to be close to the side ends of the opening 7155, and the exhaust flap 7151 is provided. Prevents air from leaking from both the left and right sides of the exhaust flap 7151 when rotated. The lower portion of the exhaust flap 7151 has an arc shape to prevent air from leaking from the lower end side of the exhaust flap 7151 when the exhaust flap 7151 is rotated (FIGS. 10 and 11).

The volume inside the diffuser 71 is increased or decreased by rotating the exhaust flap 7151. By arranging the position of the exhaust flap 7151 in front and increasing the internal volume of the diffuser 71, the wind speed of the air flow exhausted through the diffuser 71 becomes lower, and the food 99 to the light foreign matter 97 becomes It is possible to prevent contamination. By arranging the position of the exhaust flap 7151 in the back to reduce the internal volume of the diffuser 71, the wind speed of the air flow exhausted through the diffuser 71 becomes higher, and the light foreign matter 97 to the food 99 It is possible to prevent contamination. As an example, the exhaust flap 7151 uses a transparent or nearly transparent material such as plastic so that the exhaust amount can be adjusted while visually recognizing the inside of the diffusion portion 71 (FIG. 10).

As an example, the adjustment of the position of the exhaust flap 7151 includes a rod-shaped connecting portion 7163 that connects the side plate portion 7167 of the exhaust flap 7151, and one end of the connecting portion 7163 penetrates the side plate portion 7167. The diffusion portion 71 is provided with a slide hole 7165 opened in the rotation direction of the exhaust flap 7151, and the connecting portion 7163 through which the side plate portion 7167 is penetrated is penetrated. A movable adjustment screw 7161 is provided at the end of the penetrating connecting portion 7163. After loosening the movable adjustment screw 7161 and setting the exhaust flap 7151 in a desired position, the movable adjustment screw 7161 is tightened to fix the position of the exhaust flap 7151 (FIGS. 1, 10 and 11).

As an example, a sorting sheet 717 capable of changing the size of the air passing portion from the blowing port 739 of the blowing means 73 to the diffusion portion 71 is provided with the upper end portion 719 of the food chute 79 and the upper end portion 773 of the heavy foreign matter chute 77. Prepare in between. As an example, the shape of the sorting sheet is formed on the side wall of the heavy object chute, the hooking portion 721 that engages with the upper end portion 719 of the food chute 79, the intermediate portion 723 that is substantially parallel to the air flow blown from the air inlet 739, and the side wall of the heavy object chute 79. It has a lower 725 shaped along it. The sorting plate 717 of the diffusion portion is movable, and as an example, it is movable up and down. By moving the sorting sheet 717 to widen or narrow the air passage portion, the wind speed of the blown air can be arbitrarily adjusted and the accuracy of sorting heavy foreign matter can be improved. As an example, when the sorting sheet 717 is arranged below and the air passage portion is widened, the wind speed of the blown air is lowered to prevent the heavy foreign matter 95 from being mixed in the food 99. When the sorting sheet 717 is arranged above and the air passage portion is narrowed, the wind speed of the blown air becomes high, so that the food 99 is prevented from being mixed with the heavy foreign matter 95. (Fig. 10).

The diffusion unit 71 may include an inlet adjusting means 713 capable of arbitrarily adjusting the size of the inlet to which the food raw material 9 is supplied from the vibration sorting means 3. The inlet adjusting means 713 makes it possible to adjust the supply amount of the food raw material 9 to the diffusion portion 71, and can improve the accuracy of wind power sorting. As an example, the inlet adjusting means 713 is provided with a plate-shaped body movable in the vertical direction at the inlet of the diffuser portion 71, and the size of the inlet of the diffuser portion 71 is changed by moving the plate-shaped body up and down to change the size of the inlet of the diffuser portion 71. (Fig. 10).

As an example, a bent portion is provided inside the diffusion portion 71. By providing the bent portion, the air flow is disturbed inside the diffusion portion 71, so that the food 99 and the light foreign matter 97 in the food raw material 9 are separated, and the accuracy of wind power sorting can be improved. The shape of the bent portion is not limited, and is preferably a shape such that the blown air forms a vortex (FIG. 10).

The light foreign matter discharging means 81 may include a cyclone dust collecting unit 811, an exhaust duct 813, and a dust collector 815, and the exhaust duct 813 may be provided with an exhaust damper 817 that can arbitrarily adjust the exhaust amount. The exhaust damper 817 detects the differential pressure between the internal pressure of the diffuser 71 and the external pressure of the wind power sorting means 7, and is instructed by the control system to always have a negative pressure, for example, -5 to -30 Pa. In response to this, the opening / closing operation is performed so that the set internal pressure is reached. As an example, an internal pressure measuring hole 823 is provided to measure the internal pressure of the diffusion unit 71. By keeping the negative pressure, it is possible to prevent the light foreign matter 97 and the like from being blown out from the opening 7155 of the wind power sorting means 7 and other gaps (FIGS. 2, 3, 4, 10).

As an example, the diffusion unit 7 and the cyclone dust collector 811 are connected by a duct 821, and the cyclone dust collector 811 and the dust collector are connected by an exhaust duct. A light foreign matter receiving box 819 is provided at the lower part of the cyclone dust collecting unit 811. As the exhaust duct 813 and the dust collector 815, those normally used can be used (FIGS. 2, 3 and 4).

Next, a mechanism for supplying the food raw material 9 from the vibration sorting means 3 to the wind sorting means 7 will be described.

The tip of the supply trough 37 of the vibration sorting means 3 is inserted into the diffusion section 71 of the wind force sorting means 7, and the food raw material 9 is supplied to the diffusion section 71 from the tip of the supply trough 37 to be wind-sorted. In order to efficiently blow air from the blowing means 73 to the diffusion portion 71, as an example, in the blowing means 73, a plate-shaped body 741 is provided in the vicinity of the blowing port 739 for blowing air from the blowing means 73 to the diffusion portion 71.
