Abstract
【解決手段】組織牽引システムは、第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する伸張可能なテザーと、組織に係合するように構成された留め具を有する第1のアンカと、伸張可能なテザーの第2の端部に係合可能な第2のアンカと、伸張可能なテザーの第2の端部におけるループを備えた係合要素とを備える。伸張可能なテザーの第1の端部は、第1のアンカに直接結合されている。第2のアンカはループと係合可能である。

本発明の態様は、とりわけ、組織を牽引するためのシステム、装置、及び方法に関連する。本願に開示された態様の各々は、他の開示された態様のうちのいずれかに関連して記載する特徴のうちの1つ以上を含んでいてもよい。

可能な限り、同一又は同様の部品を参照するために、図面を通して同一又は類似の参照番号を用いる。「遠位」という用語は、患者に装置を導入する場合に使用者から最も遠く離れた部分を指す。対照的に、「近位」という用語は、患者の中に装置を配置する場合に使用者に最も近い部分を指す。「牽引」という用語は、例えば、組織を除去するための切断具を露出させるように、かつ/又は可視化するように組織を配置することを指し得る。本願において用いられる場合、「備える」「備えている」という用語又はそれらのあらゆる他の別例は、プロセス、方法、物品、又は装置が、それらの構成要素として列挙された要素だけではなく、そのようなプロセス、方法、物品、又は装置のものとしては明示的に列挙されていない他の要素、或いは生来的ではない他の要素をも含み得るように、非排他的な包含をカバーすることが意図される。「例示的」という用語は、「理想」ではなく、「例」という意味に用いられる。
Claims (5)
- 第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する伸張可能なテザーを備え、
組織に係合するように構成された留め具を有する第1のアンカを備え、前記伸張可能なテザーの前記第1の端部は、前記第1のアンカに直接結合されており、
前記伸張可能なテザーの前記第2の端部に係合可能な第2のアンカを備え、
前記伸張可能なテザーの前記第2の端部におけるループを備えた係合要素を備え、前記第2のアンカは前記ループと係合可能である、組織牽引システム。 - 前記第1のアンカと前記第2のアンカの少なくとも1つは、顎部を有する組織クリップである、請求項1に記載の組織牽引システム。
- 前記伸張可能なテザーと前記第1のアンカとは、前記第2のアンカから分離して配置可能である、請求項1に記載の組織牽引システム。
- 前記伸張可能なテザーは、前記係合要素の前記ループに加えて少なくとも1つのループを含むゴムバンドからなる、請求項1に記載の組織牽引システム。
- 前記伸張可能なテザーは少なくとも1つのループを含むゴムバンドからなる、請求項1に記載の組織牽引システム。
