Abstract
Description
(1)バッテリ13,14から電力網2に供給される電力の電力取引市場への入札を管理する入札管理装置100は、電力取引が行われる将来の所定時点において電力網2に接続されるバッテリが、所定時点において電力網に供給可能な電力の量の予測値を算出する予測値算出部114と、予測値算出部114により算出された予測値にマージンを付加して、予測値を補正する予測値補正部115と、予測値補正部115により補正された予測値に基づき、所定時点において電力網2に接続されるバッテリ13,14から供給される電力を電力取引市場に入札可能であるか否かを判定する入札判定部116と、を備える。
Claims (5)
- 発電または蓄電が可能な所定のエネルギー源から電力網に供給される電力の電力取引市場への入札を管理する入札管理装置であって、
電力取引が行われる将来の所定時点において前記電力網に接続される前記エネルギー源が、前記所定時点において前記電力網に供給可能な電力の量の予測値を算出する予測値算出部と、
前記予測値算出部により算出された予測値にマージンを付加して、前記予測値を補正する予測値補正部と、
前記予測値補正部により補正された予測値に基づき、前記所定時点において前記電力網に接続される前記エネルギー源から供給される電力を前記電力取引市場に入札可能であるか否かを判定する入札判定部と、を備えることを特徴とする入札管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の入札管理装置において、
前記エネルギー源には、移動体に設けられる第1バッテリと、非移動体に設けられる第2バッテリとが含まれ、
前記予測値補正部は、前記予測値算出部により算出された前記第1バッテリの予測値に付加するマージンを、前記第2バッテリの予測値に付加するマージンよりも大きくすることを特徴とする入札管理装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の入札管理装置において、
前記予測値補正部は、現在時点から前記所定時点までの時間が長いほど、前記予測値算出部により算出された予測値に付加するマージンを大きくすることを特徴とする入札管理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の入札管理装置において、
前記エネルギー源から前記電力網に供給される電力の量を検出する電力量検出部と、
前記所定時点において前記エネルギー源から前記電力網に供給可能な電力の量の予測値と、前記所定時点において前記電力量検出部により検出された電力の量の検出値との差異の情報を含む実績情報を記憶する記憶部と、をさらに備え、
前記予測値補正部は、前記記憶部により記憶された実績情報に基づいて、前記予測値算出部により算出された予測値に付加するマージンを修正することを特徴とする入札管理装置。 - 請求項4に記載の入札管理装置において、
前記予測値補正部は、前記記憶部に記憶された実績情報に含まれる前記予測値と前記検出値との差異が大きいほど、前記予測値算出部により算出された予測値に付加するマージンを大きくすることを特徴とする入札管理装置。
