Claims (7)
- 燃料電池ユニットに搭載される電力変換器において、
リアクトルと、
電力変換器の搭載面に沿って前記リアクトルと並べて配置されたパワーモジュールと、
前記リアクトルの出力端子と前記パワーモジュールの入力端子とを接続するバスバと、
前記バスバ上に設けられた電流センサと、
前記リアクトルと前記電流センサとを隔てる、磁気シールド効果を有する金属を用いて形成された仕切りと、を備え、
前記リアクトルの前記出力端子は、前記搭載面から見て前記リアクトルの中央を通る前記搭載面に平行な平面よりも遠い側である第1側の面と、前記搭載面から見て前記平面よりも近い側である第2側の面とのうち何れか一方の面に設けられ、
前記バスバは、前記第1側と前記第2側とのうち前記リアクトルの前記出力端子が設けられている側とは反対の側において、前記リアクトルが配置されている空間から前記電流センサが配置されている空間へ前記仕切りを通過して延びている
ことを特徴とする電力変換器。 - 前記仕切りは、前記搭載面に対して立てられた壁部と、前記リアクトルと前記搭載面との間に位置し、前記壁部につながる底部とを含み、
前記壁部は、前記パワーモジュール及び前記電流センサが配置されている空間の天井につながっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記リアクトルの前記出力端子は、前記リアクトルの前記第1側の面に設けられ、
前記パワーモジュールの前記入力端子は、前記パワーモジュールの前記搭載面に対向する面に設けられ、
前記バスバは、前記壁部の前記第2側の端部を通過して前記パワーモジュールの前記入力端子に接続されている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記リアクトルの前記第2側の面には、前記リアクトルを冷却する水冷式の冷却器が取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記バスバは、少なくとも前記仕切りから前記パワーモジュールの入力端子までの部分を真っすぐに形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記バスバは、前記リアクトルの出力端子から前記仕切りまでの部分において折り曲げられている
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電力変換器。 - 前記リアクトルは、前記搭載面に沿って一列に複数設けられ、
前記仕切りは、前記リアクトルの列に沿って設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の電力変換器。
