- バッテリセルを収納するバッテリケースを有するバッテリパックが車両のフロアパネルの下側に配置された車両のバッテリ搭載構造であって、
前記バッテリケースは、前記バッテリケースの上部を構成するアッパケースと、前記バッテリケースの下部を構成するロアケースとを有し、
前記アッパケースおよび前記ロアケースはそれぞれフランジ部を有し、
前記バッテリケースは前記アッパケースの前記フランジ部と前記ロアケースの前記フランジ部とが上下方向に重ね合わされたフランジ重ね合わせ部を有し、
前記アッパケースの上面にサービスプラグが設けられ、
前記ロアケースの前端部における前記サービスプラグの前方の部位に、前記バッテリケースを車体へ取付けるための取付部が設けられ、
前記取付部は、
前側ほど低くなるように傾斜する上側傾斜面部を有し、
前記車両の平面視で前記サービスプラグの前方に位置し、かつ、前記車両の正面視で前記サービスプラグと前記車両の上下方向で重なるように前記サービスプラグの下方に配置されていることを特徴とする車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記取付部は、前記取付部の上部を構成する上側取付部と、前記取付部の下部を構成する下側取付部とからなり、
前記上側傾斜面部は前記上側取付部に形成されており、
前記下側取付部には、前側ほど高くなるように傾斜する下側傾斜面部が形成されており、
前記取付部は、前記上側傾斜面部と前記下側傾斜面部とが上下に重ね合わされた中空断面構造を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記下側傾斜面部は、前記上側傾斜面部よりも上下方向の寸法が大きいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 前記サービスプラグの車両前方側に位置する前記アッパケースの前面には、車幅方向に延びる溝状の溝部が、少なくとも前記サービスプラグを車幅方向に跨ぐ長さで設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
- 前記上側傾斜面部は、車幅方向の外側で、前記上側傾斜面部から上方に膨出する膨出部を有し、
前記膨出部と前記上側傾斜面部とで段差部を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記フランジ重ね合わせ部は、シール部材を挟み込んだ状態で複数の締結部材によって連結されており、
前記シール部材は、前記締結部材を囲む環状部と、前記環状部同士を連結する直線部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記アッパケースは、前記アッパケースの上面から上方に突出する突出部と、前記突出部の上面に形成され、前記サービスプラグが装着される開口部と、を有し、
前記アッパケースの上面における前記突出部の前方に、車両前後方向に延びる前側ビード部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。 - 前記アッパケースの上面における前記突出部の後方に、
上方に隆起し、かつ車幅方向に延伸する隆起部と、
前記隆起部と前記突出部とを連結する後側ビード部と、が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の車両のバッテリ搭載構造。
