Claims (5)
- 車両上で水を電気分解することによって水素を精製する車載用水素精製装置であって、
水導入口と、水素取出口と、未処理水排出口と、を有する筒状のハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に収容される水素精製機能部と、を備え、
前記水素精製機能部は、アノード電極及びカソード電極の間に、電解触媒及び水素分離膜を同軸状に積層して構成される、車載用水素精製装置。 - 前記水素精製機能部は、
前記アノード電極の外周に、前記電解触媒が配置され、
前記電解触媒の外周に、前記カソード電極及び前記水素分離膜が配置され、
前記水導入口は、前記ハウジングの長さ方向の一端に配置され、
前記未処理水排出口は、前記ハウジングの長さ方向の他端に配置され、
前記水素取出口は、前記水導入口と前記未処理水排出口の間の前記ハウジングの外周面に配置される、請求項1に記載の車載用水素精製装置。 - 前記水素精製機能部は、
円筒状に形成された前記水素分離膜の外周に、前記カソード電極が配置され、
前記カソード電極の外周に、前記電解触媒が配置され、
前記電解触媒の外周に、前記アノード電極が配置され、
前記水導入口及び前記未処理水排出口は、前記ハウジングの外周面にそれぞれ配置され、
前記水素取出口は、前記水素分離膜の内側における前記ハウジングの長さ方向の一端に配置される、請求項1に記載の車載用水素精製装置。 - 前記水導入口の開口面積>前記未処理水排出口の開口面積である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用水素精製装置。
- 前記水導入口の開口面積≦前記未処理水排出口の開口面積である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の車載用水素精製装置。
