Claims (11)
- 外部壁面型構造物に発光ダイオード(LED)照明を照らしたときに照射された上下左右の光が最も均一に分布されるように照度を形成するための発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具において、
電源を供給するPOWER(10)と、
発光ダイオード(LED)(21)と、発光ダイオード(LED)(21)が実装されたプリント回路基板(PCB)(23)と、前記発光ダイオード(LED)(21)の下部に設けられたレンズ(25)と、を有する光源部(20)と、
前記発光ダイオード(LED)(21)から発せられた光が通過するようにレンズ(25)と一定の間隔を形成するアクリル(30)と、
前記POWER(10)と、光源部(20)と、アクリル(30)と、を固定するPOWER固定部(40)と、
前記光源部(20)を取り囲んでいる本体アルミニウムケース(50)と、
前記本体アルミニウムケース(50)の背面にPOWER(10)が設けられ、前記本体アルミニウムケース(50)と結合されて壁面に締結する固定用アルミニウムケース(60)と、
前記固定用アルミニウムケース(60)と前記POWER固定部(40)とを支持するコラム(70)と、
を備えることを特徴とする、壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。 - 前記発光ダイオード(LED)(21)とレンズ(25)はテーピングにより取り付けられ、前記レンズ(25)のテーピングによる取り付け後に、レンズ(25)と発光ダイオード(LED)(21)が実装されたプリント回路基板(PCB)(23)との間には1mm〜2mmの厚さのシリコンが充填されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 前記レンズ(25)の直進角度と光の均一度が確保されるように前記レンズ(25)とアクリル(30)との間隔を一定の間隔(L2)に保つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 前記レンズ(25)の直進角度は、8°〜16°であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 前記レンズ(25)とアクリル(30)との間隔(L2)が1mm〜40mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が高ければ高いほど、前記レンズ(25)とアクリル(30)との間隔は40mm以下に保ち、光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が低ければ低いほど、前記レンズ(25)とアクリル(30)との間隔は20mm以下に保つことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 壁面からのレンズ(25)の突出間隔(L1)は、光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が高くなればなるほど300mm以下に保ち、光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が低ければ低いほど、壁面からのレンズ(25)の突出間隔(L1)は200mm以下に保つことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項3に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- アクリルの透明度は、光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が高ければ高いほど、拡散アクリル半面は40%〜50%にし、かつ、透明アクリル半面は60%〜100%にして結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- アクリルの透明度は、光が照射される面積の高さ(H)が低ければ低いほど、拡散アクリル半面は40%〜50%にし、かつ、透明アクリル半面は60%〜70%にして結合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 拡散アクリル半面の上部に拡散シート(35)を貼り付けて結合することを特徴とする、請求項8または請求項9に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
- 前記アクリル(30)としては、必要に応じて、全面拡散アクリル(37)または全面拡散押出板(37)を選択的に採択可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の壁面構造物の上に均一照射能が備えられた発光ダイオード(LED)照明器具。
