Abstract

一种LED地埋灯的改良结构,由铝质灯架,灯罩组合而成。灯架内设置有PCB板,每块PCB板上设置有一根电源正极线路和一根电源负极线路,提供电压给PCB板、LED发光单元,该LED发光单元包括多个发光二极管。该地埋灯通过采用改进型的混光灯罩在原来环氧树脂里掺杂散射剂材料的灯罩实现光线均匀连续性功能完全保留的同时,由于厚度的减少,透光率更好,加上散射剂的作用,使得射出灯罩的光线看起来像层薄雾般柔和,肉眼直视也不会造成人体不适。

本实用新型涉及一种基于LED发光的装饰照明装置,特别是一种灯罩采用的是亚克力中掺杂散射剂的混合材料的LED地埋灯。 
背景技术:
为了增加灯光在地面上的装饰、美化效果,人们设计出了直接安装在地面上的地埋灯,现在的地埋灯采用发光二极管为光源的射灯,运用十分广泛,因其发光效率高、省电、响应速度快的特点令大多数用户所接受,但普通LED地埋灯射出的光线都为聚光类的光线,这样的光线比较集中,但照射范围有限,亮化工程照射物体时有些区域照射不到,使其出现灰色区域,影响整体效果,另外,地埋灯如果用来做为广场亮化,聚焦的光线直射人体肉眼,也会造成人体的不适。 
发明内容:
为了克服现有LED地埋灯光线比较集中的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种改良型的LED地埋灯。一种LED地埋灯,由铝制灯架,电路板,LED发光管,混光灯罩,安装基架组合而成。灯架内设置有PCB板,每块PCB板上设置有一根电源正极线路和一根电源负极线路,提供电压给PCB板、LED发光单元,该LED发光单元包括多个发光二极管。在铝制灯架的顶部用改良型的混光灯罩做封顶。 
当LED灯放出光线时,直线的光直接传送到混光灯罩处做雾化处理后发射外部。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:该地埋灯通过采用改进型的混光灯罩,该灯罩采用的是亚克力中掺杂散射剂的混合材料,在原来环氧树脂里掺杂散射剂材料的灯罩实现光线均匀连续性功能完全保留的同时,由于厚度的减少,透光率更好,光线通过该灯罩时,加之散射剂的作用,使得射出灯罩的光线看起来像层薄雾般柔和,肉眼直视也不会造成人体不适。

具体实施方式:
参见图1至图2,一种LED地埋灯,在铝制灯架1的内壁,左右各挖一定深度的槽,使电路板2正好可以插入铝制灯架1的内壁中,LED发光管3焊接在电路板2上,在铝制灯架1的顶部用改良形的混光灯罩4做封顶。 
在图3所示的光学效果中,可以清楚的看到,LED发光管3的光线直射到混光灯罩4中,通过采用改进型的混光灯罩4,在实现光线均匀连续性功能完全保留的同时,使得射出灯罩的光线看起来像层薄雾般柔和,肉眼直视也不会造成人体不适。

1.一种LED地埋灯其特征是:灯架内设置有PCB板,每块PCB板上设置有一根电源正极线路和一根电源负极线路,提供电压给LED发光单元,该LED发光单元包括多个发光二极管,在铝制灯架的顶部用混光灯罩做封顶。
