Claims (1)
- 電極体を含む発電要素と、
前記発電要素に電気的に接続される端子と、
フィルム状に形成され、前記端子を外方に突出させた状態で前記発電要素を内部に封止するラミネート外装体と、
を備えたラミネート型電池の製造方法であって、
前記ラミネート外装体の一対の幅広面の間に、前記端子を外方に突出させた状態で前記発電要素が配置されたアセンブリを準備する準備工程と、
耐熱性および弾性を有する材質によって形成され、且つ加圧された流体が導入される加圧室を備える加熱圧縮部材を、前記アセンブリに接触させて、前記アセンブリにおける前記ラミネート外装体のうち少なくとも前記端子を挟み込む縁部を溶着する溶着工程と、
を含み、
前記溶着工程では、前記加熱圧縮部材の前記加圧室を、前記縁部の伸長方向のうち前記端子が位置する部位の端部に対向させた状態で、加圧された前記流体を前記加圧室に導入して前記縁部を圧縮しつつ、前記縁部を加熱することを特徴とする、ラミネート型電池の製造方法。
