- 半導体素子を含み、第1の交流電圧を直流電圧に変換する複数の第1の半導体モジュールと、
前記半導体素子を含み、前記直流電圧を第2の交流電圧に変換する複数の第2の半導体モジュールと、
前記複数の第1および第2の半導体モジュールを冷却するためのヒートシンクとを備え、
前記ヒートシンク上に前記複数の第1および第2の半導体モジュールのそれぞれを交互に配置する、無停電電源装置。 - 各前記第2の半導体モジュールは、複数のIGBT素子を含む、請求項1記載の無停電電源装置。
- 前記複数の第1および第2の半導体モジュールのそれぞれは、1つずつIGBT素子を含む、請求項1記載の無停電電源装置。
