本発明は、その一態様において、糖質関連酵素を保持する限外ろ過膜を備える、糖合成用限外ろ過デバイス(本明細書において、「本発明の限外ろ過デバイス」と示すこともある。)に関する。以下に、これについて説明する。
本発明は、その一態様において、本発明の限外ろ過デバイスを含む、糖合成装置(本明細書において、「本発明の装置」と示すこともある。)に関する。以下に、これについて説明する。
本発明は、その一態様において、(a)限外ろ過膜を備える限外ろ過デバイスに糖質関連酵素及び糖基質を投入して糖合成反応を行う工程、及び(b)前記工程bの後、ろ過により、前記糖質関連酵素を前記限外ろ過膜上に保持させ、且つ糖合成反応生成物を含むろ液を得る工程を含む、糖の製造方法、に関する。また、本発明は、その一態様において、(A)糖質関連酵素を保持する限外ろ過膜を備える限外ろ過デバイスに糖基質を投入して糖合成反応を行う工程、及び(B)前記工程Bの後、ろ過により、前記糖質関連酵素を前記限外ろ過膜上に保持させ、且つ糖合成反応生成物を含むろ液を得る工程を含む、糖の製造方法、に関する。本明細書において、これらをまとめて、「本発明の製造方法」と示すこともある。以下に、これについて説明する。

Claims (10)
- 糖質関連酵素を保持する限外ろ過膜を備える、糖合成用限外ろ過デバイス。
- 糖鎖合成用である、請求項1に記載の限外ろ過デバイス。
- 前記糖質関連酵素が、グリコシルトランスフェラーゼ及びグリコシダーゼからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1又は2に記載の限外ろ過デバイス。
- 前記糖質関連酵素がグリコシルトランスフェラーゼである、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の限外ろ過デバイス。
- 遠心ろ過デバイス又は圧力ろ過デバイスである、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の限外ろ過デバイス。
- 限外ろ過膜を備える限外ろ過デバイスに糖質関連酵素を投入した後、ろ過により、前記糖質関連酵素を前記限外ろ過膜に保持させる工程を含む方法によって得られる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の限外ろ過デバイス。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の限外ろ過デバイスを含む、糖合成装置。
- 前記限外ろ過デバイスを複数個含む、請求項7に記載の糖合成装置。
- (a)限外ろ過膜を備える限外ろ過デバイスに糖質関連酵素及び糖基質を投入して糖合成反応を行う工程、及び
(b)前記工程aの後、ろ過により、前記糖質関連酵素を前記限外ろ過膜上に保持させ、且つ糖合成反応生成物を含むろ液を得る工程
を含む、糖の製造方法。 - (A)糖質関連酵素を保持する限外ろ過膜を備える限外ろ過デバイスに糖基質を投入して糖合成反応を行う工程、及び
(B)前記工程Aの後、ろ過により、前記糖質関連酵素を前記限外ろ過膜上に保持させ、且つ糖合成反応生成物を含むろ液を得る工程
