Abstract
Description
以下、図面を参照して、本発明の第1実施形態に係る高圧タンク製造装置について説明する。図1および図2は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る高圧タンク製造装置の構造を示す断面図である。図1および図2に示すように、高圧タンク製造装置1は、熱硬化性樹脂を含む繊維強化樹脂層を有するタンク本体10を加熱し、繊維強化樹脂層を熱硬化させて高圧タンクを製造するのに用いられる装置である。この高圧タンク製造装置1は、タンク本体10を収容して加熱する加熱室2と、ガス(ここでは空気)を加熱する加熱装置3と、タンク本体10を回転可能に保持する保持機構(保持部材)20と、を備えている。
図3に示すように、実施例1では、噴射口6aの中心O1、タンク本体10の中心O3、及び排気口7aの中心O2を一直線上に配置した。また、噴射口6aの開口幅W1を500mm、排気口7aの開口幅W2を150mm、タンク本体10の筒部11の外径φ1を500mmとした。また、噴射口6aから排気口7aまでの距離を650mmとした。このとき、噴射口6aからタンク本体10までの距離L11を50mm、排気口7aからタンク本体10までの距離L12を100mmとした。実施例1のその他の構成は、上記第1実施形態と同様にした。
実施例2では、タンク本体10の外径φ1を300mmとした。また、タンク本体10の中心O3を実施例1と同じ位置に配置した。このとき、噴射口6aからタンク本体10までの距離L11は150mm、排気口7aからタンク本体10までの距離L12は200mmであった。実施例2のその他の構成は、実施例1と同様にした。
実施例3では、排気口7aの開口幅W2を300mmとした。実施例3のその他の構成は、実施例1と同様にした。
実施例4では、排気口7aの開口幅W2を300mm、タンク本体10の外径φ1を300mmとした。また、噴射口6aから排気口7aまでの距離を450mmとした。このとき、噴射口6aからタンク本体10までの距離L11を50mm、排気口7aからタンク本体10までの距離L12を100mmとした。実施例4のその他の構成は、実施例1と同様にした。
図4に示すように、実施例5では、噴射口6aの開口幅W1を300mmとした。実施例5のその他の構成は、実施例4と同様にした。

比較例では、ガス噴射方向から見て、噴射口6aと排気口7aとが重ならないように、噴射口6aと排気口7aとを交互に配置した。すなわち、噴射口6aをガス噴射方向に投影した位置からずれた位置に、排気口7aを配置した。また、ガス噴射方向から見て、タンク本体10の中心O3と噴射口6aの中心O1とが重なるように、タンク本体10を配置した。また、噴射口6aの開口幅W1を300mm、排気口7aの開口幅W2を200mm、タンク本体10の外径φ1を300mmとした。また、噴射口6aから排気口7aまでの距離を650mmとした。このとき、噴射口6aからタンク本体10までの距離L11を150mm、排気口7aからタンク本体10までの距離L12を200mmとした。比較例のその他の構成は、実施例1と同様にした。
本発明の第2実施形態に係る高圧タンク製造装置101は図6に示すように、上記第1実施形態とは異なり、高圧タンク10を連続的に搬送して加熱する連続炉としての加熱室102を備えている。なお、加熱室102の下流側には、加熱後のタンク本体10を徐冷する冷却室(図示せず)が設けられている。
Claims (5)
- 熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した繊維が表面に巻き付けられたタンク本体を加熱して前記熱硬化性樹脂を硬化させる高圧タンク製造装置であって、
前記タンク本体を収容する加熱室と、
前記加熱室内に前記タンク本体を保持する保持部材と、
を備え、
前記加熱室には、加熱されたガスを前記タンク本体の表面に噴射する噴射口と、前記ガスを前記加熱室の外部に排気する排気口と、が設けられており、
前記排気口は、前記噴射口をガス噴射方向に投影した位置に配置されており、
前記保持部材は、前記ガス噴射方向から見て前記噴射口と前記排気口とが重なる領域で、かつ、前記噴射口と前記排気口との間の位置に、前記タンク本体を保持することを特徴とする高圧タンク製造装置。 - 前記タンク本体は、円筒状の筒部と、前記筒部の軸方向の両端に設けられたドーム部とを有し、
前記噴射口は、前記筒部の表面に前記ガスを噴射するように設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。 - 前記筒部の径方向における前記噴射口の開口幅は、前記筒部の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。
- 前記筒部の径方向における前記排気口の開口幅は、前記筒部の外径よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。
- 前記噴射口と前記筒部との間の距離、および前記排気口と前記筒部との間の距離は、前記筒部の外径よりも短いことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の高圧タンク製造装置。
