Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a conductive layer, a method for manufacturing a wiring board, and a method for manufacturing a heater device.
A technique for forming a patterned conductive layer by using a conductive paste containing a metal powder and a resin is known. This type of technique is used, for example, to form a heater electrode in a heater device (ceramic heater) for a semiconductor manufacturing device, as shown in
As shown in
When a patterned conductive layer is formed from a conductive paste by using printing technology, there is a limit in improving the shape accuracy of the conductive layer.
For example, when the conductive layer is formed on the base material by screen printing, the conductive paste is spread in a plane shape on the upper surface of the screen printing plate arranged on the base material by using a squeegee. Then, when the conductive paste is spread in a plane shape, it is transferred as a patterned conductive layer on the base material by passing through the patterned holes provided in the screen printing plate. By such screen printing, for example, when trying to form a conductive layer having a predetermined line width in a plan view and having a trapezoidal cross section, the rising angle of the side surface of the conductive layer becomes smaller than planned and the side surface is gentle. It is easy to become. Moreover, when formed by screen printing, the thickness of the conductive layer on both side surfaces tends to be thicker than the thickness on the center side, and unevenness tends to occur. Further, the cross-sectional shape (cross-sectional area) tends to vary even between the conductive layers.
If the shape accuracy of the conductive layer is poor as described above, the performance of the finally obtained heater electrode or the like may be deteriorated, which has been a problem.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a conductive layer capable of forming a conductive layer having high shape accuracy.

[Manufacturing method of conductive layer]
The method for manufacturing the conductive layer of the present embodiment includes a coating step S1, a drying step S2, a laser processing step S3, and a margin removing step S4.
(Coating process)
The coating step S1 is a step of coating a conductive paste containing a metal powder (metal powder) and a resin on the
The average particle size of the metal powder is not particularly limited as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired, and is, for example, 0.6 μm to 16.0 μm. Further, as the resin, a known resin (binder) for conductive paste is used. The conductive paste may contain components other than the metal powder and the resin (solvent, filler, etc.) as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired.
The
The
Specific examples of the
The thickness of the
Even if the
A soft conductive paste having fluidity is coated in layers on the
FIG. 3 is a top view of the
Although the thickness of the
As described above, in the coating step S1, the
In the coating step S1, the
(Drying process)
The drying step S2 (see FIG. 1) is a step of drying the
(Laser processing process)

The method for manufacturing the heater device of the present embodiment includes a transfer step S5, a laminating step S6, and a firing step S7.

An organic solvent such as toluene was added to a mixture containing aluminum nitride powder, yttrium oxide powder, acrylic resin (binder), dispersant, plasticizer, etc. in appropriate amounts, and the mixture was kneaded with a ball mill to obtain the result. A green sheet 7 is obtained by molding the kneaded product into a sheet by the doctor blade method. As the green sheet 7, known ones can be used as long as the object of the present invention is not impaired.

<Embodiment 3>
[Manufacturing method of wiring board]
Next, Embodiment 3 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 to 13. This embodiment is a method for manufacturing a wiring board. FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing a method of manufacturing the wiring board according to the third embodiment. The method for manufacturing a wiring board of the present embodiment is to manufacture a wiring board by using a patterned conductive layer manufactured by the same manufacturing method as that of the first embodiment. Here, a method for manufacturing a wiring board in which the insulating substrate described later is made of an organic material will be described.
The method for manufacturing a wiring board of the present embodiment includes an adhesive applying step S15, a transfer step S16, a heat treatment step S17, and a protective layer forming step S18.
(Adhesive application process)
The adhesive applying step S15 is a step of applying the adhesive 11 (see FIG. 12) to the surface of the patterned conductive layer 4A manufactured by the same manufacturing method as in the first embodiment. The adhesive 11 is applied to the surface of the conductive layer 4A by using a known application method (application or printing by a brush or the like) or the like. Further, as the adhesive 11, a known adhesive is adopted.

The cross-sectional shape of the patterned
