Description
<使用土壌>
・「水田土」…茨城県大子町の水田土
・「畑土」…茨城県大子町の畑土
・「アセタミン24」(商品名)…カチオン系界面活性剤;花王社製
・「ソイルフレッシュ」(商品名)…カチオン性高分子凝集剤;栗田工業社製
・「サンフロックC−009P」(商品名)…カチオン性高分子凝集剤;三洋化成工業社製
・PAC…ポリ塩化アルミニウム;多価金属イオン凝集剤
・PAA…ポリアクリルアミド系を主体とする高分子;アニオン系高分子凝集剤
水田土を2mm篩で篩分けした。篩分けした粒径2mm以下の土107g、及び、消石灰2.5gを樹脂製ビーカーに入れ、これに50〜60℃の水500mLを加えて120rpmで1分間手撹拌してスラリーとし、その後10分間静置(浸漬)した。ここで、「50〜60℃」との温度は、静置開始から静置終了までの温度範囲を示している。
Claims (5)
- 分級により粒径を75μm以下とした土壌を含む泥水に界面活性剤を添加し、
前記界面活性剤による前記土壌の凝集沈殿が生じた後に前記泥水を濃縮し、
濃縮した前記泥水に凝集剤を添加し、
前記凝集剤による前記土壌の凝集沈殿が生じた後に前記泥水を濃縮し、
前記凝集剤によって凝集沈殿した前記土壌を圧縮脱水する、泥水の脱水方法。 - 前記界面活性剤を添加する前の前記泥水のpHが9〜13である、請求項1記載の泥水の脱水方法。
- 前記凝集剤は、カチオン系高分子凝集剤である、請求項1又は2記載の泥水の脱水方法。
- 前記凝集剤を添加する前の前記泥水の液固比が20:1〜1:1である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項記載の泥水の脱水方法。
- 前記土壌は、農地由来の土壌であって腐植質を含有しているものである、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項記載の泥水の脱水方法。
