Abstract
Description
[第一のポリマー]
2−メトキシエチルアクリレート(MEA)のモノマーを、ラジカル開始剤の存在下でフリーラジカル重合を行い、下記に示すMEAのホモポリマー(PMEA)を調製した。このホモポリマーをテトラヒドロフランに溶かして0.2wt%の濃度の着氷雪防止剤を得た。
トリフルオロエチルメタクリレート(TFMA)のモノマーを、ラジカル開始剤の存在下でフリーラジカル重合を行い、下記に示すTFMAのホモポリマー(PTFMA)を調製した。このホモポリマーをテトラヒドロフランに溶かして0.2wt%の濃度の撥水性ポリマーを得た。
2−エチルヘキシルメタクリレート(EHMA)のモノマーを、ラジカル開始剤の存在下でフリーラジカル重合を行い、下記に示すEHMAのホモポリマー(PEHMA)を調製した。このホモポリマーをテトラヒドロフランに溶かして0.2wt%の濃度の撥水性ポリマーを得た。
ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)製の直径13mmの基板を、表1に示す各着氷雪防止剤20μLをスピンコート法によりコートした。スピンコートは500rpmで30秒間行った。このスピンコートにより各着氷雪防止剤を構成する重合体の膜が形成された試験片とした。
上記各試験片の表面に、水滴を落とし、試験片と水滴との接触角の時間変化を測定した。
測定は、接触角計DM0−700(協和界面科学株式会社製)を用いて、室温下で、3.0μlの水の滴下量で、滴下の1秒後から5秒置きに61秒まで測定した。測定は、各試験片につき3回行い平均値を算出した。結果を表1に示す。
Claims (5)
- ポリマーと、第二のポリマーとは、ポリマー:第二のポリマー=100:0〜70:30の割合で混合してなる請求項2に記載の着氷雪防止剤。
- 基材の表面に塗布することによって被膜を形成し、当該被膜に湿度80%rh未満の雰囲気下で3.0μlの水滴を滴下し、滴下直後の被膜と水滴との接触角が50度以上で、その60秒後の接触角が40度以下となる請求項1ないし3の何れか一に記載の着氷雪防止剤。
- 請求項1ないし4の何れか一に記載の着氷雪防止剤による被膜が表面に形成されてなることを特徴とする構造物。
