Abstract
Description
飲料や流動性食品を充填して密閉された包装容器から突出した注ぎ口の底部に、包装容器と同一面に形成された内蓋と、上記注ぎ口の外周に嵌合する上蓋と、上蓋の底面に接着されたアルミニウム箔層とプラスチック層の積層と、上記内蓋と一体形成され内蓋から上蓋方向に延在した複数の脚部とこの複数の脚部と連結し上記積層と当接する環状部分とから成る連結部分とを備え、上記プラスチック層を上記アルミニウム箔層の誘導加熱により上蓋に融着させることにより上記内蓋が上記連結部分を介して上蓋と結合され、上蓋を開けると同時に内蓋も包装容器から開放される機能を有した開封装置において、
融着終了後の所定の時間後、上記上蓋の表面の上記複数の脚部に相当するそれぞれの領域の温度を測定するステップと、複数の脚部に相当する領域のすべての温度が、所定の温度範囲にある場合には、融着強度が十分であると判定し、それ以外の温度範囲の場合には不十分であると判定するステップとを含む。なお、本発明における所定の温度範囲は、内蓋を上蓋と同時に包装容器から開放するのに十分な融着強度をもたらす温度範囲である。
検査装置は、温度を測定する手段として、上蓋の表面の全体を撮影する赤外線カメラを備え、測定した温度の分布を所定の温度範囲、所定の温度範囲より高い温度範囲、所定の温度範囲より低い温度範囲の少なくとも3領域に区別してイメージ化する画像処理装置を含む。
あるいは温度を測定する手段として、上蓋の表面の上記複数の脚部の位置の温度を測定する赤外放射温度計を備える。

Claims (8)
- 包装容器上に設けられた開封装置に用いる検査方法であって、
前記包装容器から突出した注ぎ口の底部に、前記包装容器と同一面に形成された内蓋と、前記注ぎ口の外周に嵌合する上蓋と、前記上蓋の底面に接着されたアルミニウム箔層とプラスチック層の積層と、前記内蓋と一体形成され前記内蓋から前記上蓋方向に延在した複数の脚部と該複数の脚部と連結し前記積層と当接する環状部分とから成る連結部分とを備え、前記プラスチック層を前記アルミニウム箔層の誘導加熱により前記上蓋に融着させることにより前記内蓋が前記連結部分を介して前記上蓋と結合され、上蓋を開けると同時に内蓋も包装容器から開放される機能を有した開封装置において、
前記融着終了後の所定の時間後、前記上蓋の表面の前記複数の脚部に相当するそれぞれの領域の温度を測定するステップと、
前記複数の脚部に相当する領域のすべての温度が、所定の温度範囲にある場合には、前記融着強度が十分であると判定し、それ以外の温度範囲の場合には不十分であると判定するステップと、
を備える検査方法。 - 前記所定の温度範囲が、前記上蓋と同時に前記内蓋も開放された複数の開封装置について予め測定された温度のデータに基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載の融着強度の検査方法。
- 前記上蓋の表面の全体を赤外線カメラで撮影して得られた温度分布を、前記所定の温度範囲、前記所定の温度範囲より高い温度範囲、前記所定の温度範囲より低い温度範囲の少なくとも3領域に区別してイメージ化し、前記複数の脚部に相当するそれぞれの領域の温度がすべて前記所定の温度範囲にあるかどうかを判定する、請求項1または2に記載の融着強度の検査方法。
- 赤外放射温度計により前記上蓋の表面の前記複数の脚部の位置の温度を測定し、測定温度がすべて前記所定の温度範囲に入っているかどうかを判定する、請求項1または2に記載の融着強度の検査方法。
- 飲料や流動性食品を充填して密閉された包装容器から突出したプラスチックの注ぎ口の底部に、前記包装容器と同一面のプラスチックで形成された内蓋と、前記注ぎ口の外周に嵌合する上蓋と、前記上蓋の底面に接着されたアルミニウム箔層とプラスチック層の積層と、前記内蓋と一体形成され前記内蓋から前記上蓋方向に延在した複数の脚部と該複数の脚部と連結し前記積層と当接する環状部分とから成る連結部分とを備え、前記プラスチック層を前記アルミニウム箔層の誘導加熱により前記上蓋に融着させることにより前記内蓋が前記連結部分を介して前記上蓋と結合され、前記上蓋を開けると同時に前記内蓋も前記包装容器から開放される機能を有した開封装置の、前記環状部分と前記上蓋との融着強度を検査するための検査装置であって、
前記融着終了後の所定の時間後に前記上蓋の表面の前記複数の脚部に相当するそれぞれの領域の温度を測定する手段と、
前記環状部分と前記上蓋との融着強度が、前記内蓋を前記上蓋と同時に前記包装容器から開放するのに十分となる所定の温度範囲を予め記憶した記憶部と、
測定した前記複数の脚部に相当する領域の温度と前記所定の温度範囲とを比較する比較部と、
前記複数の脚部に相当する領域の温度がすべて前記所定の温度範囲にあれば前記融着強度は十分であると判定し、それ以外の温度範囲の場合は不十分であると判定する判定部と
を含む検査装置。 - 前記所定の温度範囲が、前記上蓋と同時に前記内蓋も開放された複数の開封装置について予め測定された温度に基づいて決定され、前記検査装置内の記憶部に記憶された、請求項5に記載の上蓋融着強度の検査装置。
- 前記温度を測定する手段が、前記上蓋の表面の全体を撮影する赤外線カメラと、前記測定した温度の分布を前記所定の温度範囲、前記所定の温度範囲より高い温度範囲、前記所定の温度範囲より低い温度範囲の少なくとも3領域に区別してイメージ化する画像処理装置を含む、請求項5または6に記載の検査装置。
- 前記温度を測定する手段が、前記上蓋の表面の前記複数の脚部の位置の温度を測定する赤外放射温度計を含む、請求項5または6に記載の検査装置。
