Abstract
Description
以下、本開示の実施の形態について、図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。なお、図中同一または相当部分には同一符号を付してその説明は繰り返さない。
図1は、本実施の形態に係る充電システム9の全体構成を概略的に示す図である。図1を参照して、充電システム9は、あるユーザの車両1と、充電器3と、充電器3から延びる充電ケーブル4とを含む。
第1実施形態においては、推定モードにおいて、バッテリ11の充電電力の現在の制限値と、充電器3の最低電力の推定値との間の開始時電力(第1実施形態においては、推定値)を指令値として充電を開始するよう制御し、充電器3からバッテリ11への実供給電力と推定値との差が所定値未満である場合、充電を継続するようにした。そして、差が所定値未満である場合、充電電力の現在の制限値Winを超えない範囲で開始時電力より高い電力(第1実施形態においては、現在の制限値Win)を指令値として充電を継続するようにした。
(1) 前述した第1実施形態においては、図3のステップS118で示したように、推定値は予め定められている値とした。しかし、これに限定されず、充電開始時に推定値を探すようにしてもよい。具体的には、充電開始時に、バッテリ11の充電電力の制限値Winの予測最低値が、充電器3から取得した最低電力Aを下回る場合、充電器3への指令値を最低電力Aから徐々に下げていって、実供給電力が下がらなくなったときの電力を最低電力の推定値とするようにしてもよい。
(1) 図2で示したように、ECU10は、バッテリ11の充放電を制御するCPU101を有する。図3および図5で示したように、CPU101は、バッテリ11の充電電力の制限値Winの予測最低値を算出し(ステップS113)、充電器3の最低電力Aを、充電器3から取得し(ステップS112)、算出した予測最低値が、取得した最低電力Aを下回るかを判断し(ステップS113)、予測最低値が最低電力Aを下回らないと判断した場合は、通常モードで充電器3からバッテリ11に充電するよう制御し(ステップS114)、通常モードは、充電器3からの供給電力の指令値の下限を名目値である最低電力Aとするモードであり、予測最低値が最低電力Aを下回ると判断した場合は、推定モードで充電器3からバッテリ11に充電するよう制御し(ステップS118,ステップS125,ステップS118A,ステップS135)、推定モードは、通常モードと異なり、指令値の下限を充電器3の最低電力の推定値とするモードであり、推定値は、名目値である最低電力Aより小さく、推定モードにおいては、バッテリ11の充電電力の現在の制限値Winと推定値との間の電力を、指令値として充電するよう制御する(ステップS118,ステップS125,ステップS118A,ステップS135)。
Claims (4)
- 蓄電装置の充放電を制御する制御部を有する充電制御装置であって、
前記制御部は、
前記蓄電装置の充電電力の制限値の予測最低値を算出し、
前記外部充電装置の最低供給可能電力の名目値を、前記外部充電装置から取得し、
算出した前記予測最低値が、取得した前記名目値を下回るかを判断し、
前記予測最低値が前記名目値を下回らないと判断した場合は、第1モードで前記外部充電装置から前記蓄電装置に充電するよう制御し、前記第1モードは、前記外部充電装置からの供給電力の指令値の下限を前記名目値とするモードであり、
前記予測最低値が前記名目値を下回ると判断した場合は、第2モードで前記外部充電装置から前記蓄電装置に充電するよう制御し、前記第2モードは、前記第1モードと異なり、前記指令値の下限を前記外部充電装置の最低供給可能電力の推定値とするモードであり、前記推定値は、前記名目値より小さく、
前記第2モードにおいては、前記蓄電装置の充電電力の現在の制限値と前記推定値との間の電力を、前記指令値として充電するよう制御する、充電制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2モードにおいて、前記制限値と前記推定値との間の開始時電力を前記指令値として充電を開始するよう制御し、
前記外部充電装置から前記蓄電装置への実際の供給電力を検出し、
検出した前記供給電力と前記指令値との差が所定値未満であるかを判断し、
前記差が前記所定値未満であると判断した場合、充電を継続する、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記差が前記所定値未満であると判断した場合、前記制限値を超えない範囲で前記開始時電力より高い電力を、前記指令値として充電を継続する、請求項2に記載の充電制御装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第2モードにおいて、前記制限値から補正値を差し引いた値を前記指令値として充電するよう制御し、
前記外部充電装置から前記蓄電装置への実際の供給電力を検出し、
検出した前記供給電力が前記制限値を超えていないかを判断し、
超えていないと判断した場合、前記補正値を小さくして充電を継続する、請求項1に記載の充電制御装置。
