Description
車両を複数のエリア(1、2、3)に区画し、当該複数のエリアのうち少なくとも2つの第1エリア(1)および第2エリア(2)において、それぞれ、対応するエリアに関連する車載機器(30、31、32)の熱エネルギーを管理する第1熱エネルギー管理部(14)および第2熱エネルギー管理部(15)を有し、
第1エリアは、車両の乗員が搭乗する、または車両挙動を管理する制御装置を搭載する車室エリアであり、当該車室エリアに関連する車載機器(30)として、車室エリアの空調状態、または前記制御装置の温度管理状態を制御するヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置が設けられ、
第1熱エネルギー管理部は、少なくとも設定温度、車室温度、および車外温度に基づいて、ヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置の余剰冷熱量を算出可能に構成され、
第2エリアに関連する車載機器(30、31)として、複数の車載機器が設けられ、
第2エリアの複数の車載機器間において冷熱の移動が可能に構成され、かつ、第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置と第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器との間においても冷熱の移動が可能に構成され、
第2熱エネルギー管理部は、第2エリアに関連する複数の車載機器のうち、少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度が適切な温度範囲外である場合、複数の車載機器間で冷熱を移動させて、少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度が適切な温度範囲内となるように管理し、
さらに、第2熱エネルギー管理部は、第2エリアに関連する複数の車載機器間での冷熱の移動では、少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度を適切な温度範囲内まで変化させることができない場合、第1熱エネルギー管理部へ不足する冷熱量を通知し、
第1熱エネルギー管理部は、算出した余剰冷熱量の範囲で、通知された不足冷熱量を第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置から第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器へ提供する、ように構成される。
以下、本開示の第1実施形態に係る車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステムについて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
次に、本開示の第2実施形態に係る車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステムについて説明する。本実施形態に係る車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステムは、第1実施形態に係る車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステムと同様に構成される。従って、本実施形態に係る車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステムの構成についての説明は省略する。
Claims (11)
- 車両を複数のエリア(1、2、3)に区画し、当該複数のエリアのうち少なくとも2つの第1エリア(1)および第2エリア(2)において、それぞれ、対応するエリアに関連する車載機器(30、31、32)の熱エネルギーを管理する第1熱エネルギー管理部(14)および第2熱エネルギー管理部(15)を有し、
前記第1エリアは、車両の乗員が搭乗する、または車両挙動を管理する制御装置を搭載する車室エリアであり、当該車室エリアに関連する車載機器(30)として、車室エリアの空調状態、または前記制御装置の温度管理状態を制御するヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置が設けられ、
前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、少なくとも設定温度、車室温度、および車外温度に基づいて、ヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置の余剰冷熱量を算出可能に構成され、
前記第2エリアに関連する車載機器(30、31)として、複数の車載機器が設けられ、
前記第2エリアの前記複数の車載機器間において冷熱の移動が可能に構成され、かつ、前記第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置と前記第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器との間においても冷熱の移動が可能に構成され、
前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第2エリアに関連する複数の車載機器のうち、少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度が適切な温度範囲外である場合、前記複数の車載機器間で冷熱を移動させて、前記少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度が適切な温度範囲内となるように管理し、
さらに、前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第2エリアに関連する複数の車載機器間での冷熱の移動では、前記少なくとも1つの車載機器の動作温度を適切な温度範囲内まで変化させることができない場合、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部へ不足する冷熱量を通知し、
前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、算出した余剰冷熱量の範囲で、通知された不足冷熱量を前記第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置から前記第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器へ提供する、車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。 - 前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部により算出された前記余剰冷熱量に基づいて、不足する冷熱量が前記第1エリアから提供可能と判断した場合に、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部へ不足する冷熱量を通知する、請求項1に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第2エリアに関連する車載機器に所定の限界値を超える過剰な温度上昇が生じる場合、その過剰な温度上昇を抑制するための冷熱量が、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部により算出された余剰冷熱量を超えていても、過剰な温度上昇を抑制するための冷熱量を前記第1熱エネルギー管理部に通知し、
前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第2熱エネルギー管理部から通知された、余剰冷熱量を超える冷熱量を前記第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置から前記第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器へ提供する、請求項1または2に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。 - 前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、車両の走行予定ルート、およびその走行予定ルートにおける外気温度に関する情報に基づいて、前記余剰冷熱量の将来予測を算出する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記第1熱エネルギー管理部において算出された前記余剰冷熱量の将来予測は、前記第2熱エネルギー管理部へ事前に通知される、請求項4に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記第2エリアの複数の車載機器の少なくとも1つは、車両を走行させるための動力を発生する車載機器であり、
前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、車両の走行予定ルートを走行するために必要な運動エネルギーから、動力を発生する車載機器の将来の動作温度変化を推定するとともに、その推定動作温度を適正な温度範囲内とするために必要な推定冷熱量を算出し、その必要な推定冷熱量が前記第2エリア内で確保できないと判断した場合に、前記余剰冷熱量の将来予測の範囲内で、前記第1エリアから移動させる不足推定冷熱量の計画を策定して、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部に通知し、
前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、通知された計画に従い、不足冷熱量を前記第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置から前記第2エリアの少なくとも1つの車載機器へ提供する、請求項4または5に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。 - 前記第2エリアの複数の車載機器の少なくとも1つは、車両の走行に伴い充放電される二次電池であり、
前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、車両の走行予定ルートに基づいて、その走行予定ルートを走行する際に発生する充放電量から、前記二次電池の将来の動作温度変化を推定するとともに、その推定動作温度を適正な温度範囲内とするために必要な推定冷熱量を算出し、その必要な推定冷熱量が第2エリア内で確保できないと判断した場合に、前記余剰冷熱量の将来予測の範囲内で、前記第1エリアから移動させる不足推定冷熱量の計画を策定して、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部に通知し、
前記第1熱エネルギー管理部は、通知された計画に従い、不足冷熱量を前記第1エリアのヒートポンプ式冷熱交換装置から第2エリア少なくとも1つの車載機器へ提供する、請求項4または5に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。 - 前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記車載機器に所定の限界値を超える過剰な温度上昇変化が生じることが予測される場合、その過剰な温度上昇変化を抑制するための冷熱量が、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部により算出された前記余剰冷熱量の将来予測を超えていても、過剰な温度上昇を抑制するための不足冷熱量を、前記不足推定冷熱量の計画に組み入れる、請求項6または7に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 車両の運動エネルギーを管理する運動エネルギー管理部と、車両における電気エネルギーを管理する電気エネルギー管理部との少なくとも一方を有し、
前記第2熱エネルギー管理部は、前記第1熱エネルギー管理部と演算処理速度、演算タイミング、および演算情報の処理や構造の少なくとも1つを同一にして、冷熱量を演算する冷熱演算部と、前記冷熱演算部が算出した冷熱量を他のエネルギー管理部が参照可能な情報に変換する冷熱量変換部と、を有する、請求項6に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。 - 前記第2熱エネルギー管理部と、前記他のエネルギー管理部とは、同じ制御装置内に構築される、請求項9に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
- 前記他のエネルギー管理部は、当該他のエネルギー管理部が管理の対象とする主要装備が配置されるエリアに設けられる、請求項9に記載の車両用エネルギーマネジメントシステム。
